Eferh and her amazing home were fabulous! Cool art everywhere and all the amenities I needed. The room was perfect and even had a fan for this CA girl who can’t handle the humidity. I was able to walk to get groceries, and to lots of nightlife. Eferh was so kind and hospitable, I’m really glad I chose this place and got to meet her along my travels. Xoxo

My stay was very pleasant, I loved the place, very well located and accessible to various food, plazas, and entertainment areas. They offer everything the app says, and the relationship is enjoyable with Alexandra and her dad. I recommend the place, you should also like cats since they are the pets of the home; they are very nice and sociable.

The property is quiet, Alejandro is an exelente person and always very attentive. The pool although we didn't get in was comfortable (right now in hot weather) The silence of the place and respect for the rules with the neighbors is exceptional

Excellent service for price, Wouter was very kind and attentive , our plane left at night and allowed us to leave our luggage and so well if we wanted it, which we thank you very much , the location very close to the family, quiet area and many places to eat , trucks a couple of blocks to go to the center of Guadalajara , we will definitely return 🙂

The area is great, you have everything you need in the area, the house is very good although I would give it some maintenance. Generally satisfied with the stay.

Excellent accommodation, the girl who does the cleaning is an excellent person, my wallet fell in the entrance and she kindly found it and returned it to me. I am enormously grateful, I loved the accommodation because it was very cool, quiet and super central. You can move easily because there are many routes. I would definitely stay again. The hosts are always on the lookout for any questions or needs you have

The place is quite pleasant despite being small. It's a bit hot, but there are fans and the ventilation is quite good. Clear instructions to get there and always in communication. I think it's an excellent place for the price you pay.

Ana Laura’s guesthouse is beautiful … exactly as described and pictured. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals at home and the rest of the guesthouse is very comfortable and quiet. We used the shaded patio off the second floor every day for relaxing. It’s close to many neighbourhood stores for fresh fruits & veggies, easily walkable distances to a vast variety of great restaurants & entertainment, blocks from the central plaza and the malecón, and for those who like to hike close to many great (and challenging) hikes into the mountains. We stayed for a month which included weekly cleaning. Carolina left the place fresh smelling and spotless. We also used the laundry service (additional charge) which was great as well. Ana Laura is a fantastic host. She responded very quickly to any questions we had, offered suggestions for places to eat, and arranged our taxi to the airport when our phones wouldn’t work. We would highly recommend Ana’s guesthouse and stay again.

Ana was easily available, answered messages timely and was an excellent host. The location in central Ajijic was close to everything. Not having a car worked well for me. I was able to walk to everything/everywhere I needed. It was a quiet neighborhood, and I will return to this same location when in Ajijic!

The description of the house and the photos match what is advertised, it is a quiet place and has easily accessible avenues to be able to move to other places. We felt very safe in our stay.

Victor was very attentive. For logistical reasons, I needed a place to store my luggage (after checking out) and he was very kind to let me use the room.

Lucy was always very attentive to needs and any questions was great . The only thing was that the bathroom would have been cleaner it is understood because it is shared bathroom and not all users are clean . But the room was very good, it was a little hot and we were given a fan and no problem .

The truth is that it's a very good place to stay. When I return to Guadalajara, I would definitely go back to that accommodation
