The Iguana house is a very cozy place, the design of the house is very father and well thought out to spend time with family or couples. The garden is beautiful and with a unique view of the Tepozteco.

This is the second time we have rented the accommodation and as always 10/10. I feel at home, my friends and I were relaxed and swam a lot in the pool. I already know the area and there are many places to eat and 10 minutes from the center of Tlayacapan.

The house is amazing! It has a pool with a super cool waterfall, ideal for spending the day there relaxing with friends or family. The lighting is super well thought out, it makes everything look super cool, whether it's day or night. The subdivision is super quiet, zero noise, so you can rest comfortably. In general, everything was luxurious, we had a great time and we would definitely come back.

An excellent option to go with the family, very nice and well cared for, many amenities for children and everything excellently cared for. Spotless cleanliness not a single animal in the rooms incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and heating exelentes was always hot. they were always attentive to my doubts and the pet was also an incredible step. We will gladly return is a great private paradise.

Our stay at the house was wonderful, the house is comfortable and beautiful; it has the details that make you feel at home. The host was exceptional, supporting us at all times to make sure we had a great experience.

The place is quiet enough for digital nomads, safe for pets, & has a pretty garden. The hosts are great. And the owner stood up for me right after I arrived when a taxi driver was asking for more money, without even knowing me! I couldn't help thinking this is a very rare person. Highly recommended!

It's easy to get to the house, it's spacious, clean and beautiful. The area is very quiet. The pool is very large and the jacuzzi is great, despite the weather conditions we were able to enjoy everything. The host is attentive and friendly at all times. Highly recommended for resting and relaxing.

Guillermo's house is a combination of design, architecture and functionality. It is built on one floor, which favors the coexistence of older adults. It has everything you need to spend a comfortable and pleasant stay (board games, large garden, large pool, ping pong table, etc.) It's just like the photos of the publication. The subdivision is large and has everything so you don't have to go to town (mini supermarket, restaurants, ice cream, cafes, ATM, etc.) Guillermo is attentive to exactly what you need, answering any questions you have in a matter of seconds Luciano, the man who takes care of the house, is very kind and helps you with everything you need, mainly to turn on the boiler Guillermo's house will undoubtedly be among our options every time we go to Cocoyoc

Excellent stay, communication with Lizbeth was very fast and friendly. Salvador welcomed us and explained everything. When we left, we forgot some backpacks and they called us to return them. All the cooking utensils, cleaning in the pool and the rooms, we will definitely return.

Incredible place, with a great location for different activities. We went to the Cacahuamilpa Caves, Taxco and Las Estacas. It was a very good thing to have a place to rest after visiting those places.
