I can’t say enough about our stay and how incredible Noemi was as a host! Her property exceeded our expectations and was stunning. We will for sure be back. I would recommend Neomi’s place to everyone. The house was very clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly, the pool and property was so peaceful and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Noemi provided excellent recommendations for places to eat, places to shop, and fun things to do and see on the island. If I could rate Noemi’s property a 6, I totally would 😎 book it! You won’t regret it!

Upon arrival everything was very clean, organized and we had a little welcome gift (charcuterie board & bottle of wine). The home was modern and updated. All the TV’s were smart TV’s and had different streaming options already logged in and their WiFi worked well. Rooms were well furnished with enough storage space. We fell in love with their light fixtures. My family enjoyed our stay and we felt right at home!

Great Place to stay! Great area. Beach near by. Lots of local things to do. The house had everything we needed and was clean. Namil responded to every question right away.

Stayed for a week and my friends and I loved this home! Everything felt comfortable and cozy , had enough amenities for everyone and even put out snacks for us. The pool was my favorite part of the house , bigger than why I expected as well as being clean and having led lights ! I would definitely come back and stay here again, Marisol was super nice and responded on time with any needs , she even recommend places nearby that were amazing. What I loved that they added their own mini souvenirs shop inside the house which I personally thought was the best and cutest touch ! Neighborhood was nice with friendly cat and chicken around and the beach was a walkable distance ! Everything that you could possibly think about bringing was already provided at the home , I forgot sunscreen and lucky enough there was a bin filled with sunscreen , tanning oil/lotion, bug spray you name it! This place definitely felt like home ❤️

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect . The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome and informed throughout my stay. One of my favorite parts was enjoying the beautiful outdoor area, the pool it really made the trip special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting San Juan and would love to stay here again in the future!

Bannie was an amazing host. Originally, I booked another Airbnb but they told me the toilet wasn’t working so I went with this one because of their communication. They answered right away and accepted my reservation the same day i requested it! I was very thankful for the fast response considering how stressed I was. When we came in, it was very neat and the AC was perfect in all rooms. The kitchen was very clean and so were the bathrooms. There were clean towels and washcloths which was appreciated. The neighborhood is very quiet and not too far from OSJ. Overall, i give my stay a 10/10.

Beautiful place the area of the home was peaceful and quiet love waking up to rooster walking around it feels great. The host was very responsive to any questions we had & was very helpful to anything we needed. Amazing I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Milca’s place was great! We had so much fun enjoying the local food and entertainment it was a close walk if we felt like a drink and an easy trip to the store behind the house for essentials . Very close to San Juan and the beaches. First time in Puerto Rico and it was definitely one to remember! Only thing I didn’t like was when a HUGE roach crawled on me but I can’t complain lol. Thank you for our stay we will see you soon.

nice place. good location. rental car a must. host was great. lots of stuff to use; beach stuff, Bug spray, bbq grill. wifi was good, tv good, board/card games, kitchen was great, outdoor covered hangout area. quiet neighborhood, felt real safe.

My stay at Casa High Times was spectacular. The place is just as it looks in the photos: clean, comfortable and with an incredible vibe. I loved having the bar right downstairs, with good music, relaxed atmosphere and options to have a good time without having to leave the building. Everything was super well organized, and communication with the hosts was great. I would definitely come back. Thank you for a brutal experience!

It felt like it had everything you could possibly need to feel completely comfortable right from the moment you arrive, without needing to bring any extra stuff—it just had it all! I wholeheartedly recommend this listing and can’t wait to come back here again and again. Plus, the communication and instructions were top-notch, everything was so clear and incredibly helpful!
