I have never booked a place without a review nor a new host. But i took a chance and reached out to the host, Santosh. to easy my apprehensions and my mind. i am glad we talked before, he is very friendly and welcoming. the apartment is new construction and very comfortable. a home away from home feel. with a safety and security in mind. this place appeared just in time for me. and i have enjoyed it every stay. the couch is surprisingly very comfortable, it is an ikea sofa bed. and so is the bed. the washing machine is great. and the ac system will keep you cool. the rainfall shower is perfect size for my tall self. everything u could need is walking distance, a convince store next door, 4 star google restaurants within couple blocks, a full supermarket/grocery store and the beach. i was so happy when i walked in first time and felt i can relax and be comfortable and safe. which is important factors. i highly recommend this listing. it is like none other here.
