From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Jonathan’s home for our Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Jonathan checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed and recommend local restaurants and places to visit he even gave us the time we should wake up to enjoy the sunrise which we did. All in all the trip was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return!

This was a great house with plenty of room for our family consisting of 3 generations - my wife and I, our 3 married adult children and their spouses, and 5 grandchildren. The little ones enjoyed the children's playroom while others enjoyed playing pool and ping pong downstairs. We could all sit together for our meals. The beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough space to park our 5 cars. The neighborhood was very nice. We would stay here again.

If you value coziness, warm and inviting environment, responsive, friendly, and attentive host then Cozy House will not disappoint. From the moment you start communicating with Vera she lets you know you’re in great hands. She wants your stay to be the best possible. I highly recommend you spend few minutes reading about Vera and her family history. Only then you’ll understand Cozy House was decorated with love, with family in mind. The location couldn’t be better, safe, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, within minutes from all the amenities and lakes. My family and I enjoyed every moment and created lasting memories together!

The hosts was checking on us &if we were enjoying the house throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations!

We loved our stay at Valerie’s place for 5 adults and 2 kiddos. Check in and check out were seamless and she is very responsive to any questions. The house is just as pictured with lots of things to do (pool table, board games, puzzles, multiple decks, outdoor games, fire pit, etc). The 4 bedrooms were all pretty comfy. Two rooms don’t have AC, but there are fans to help cool it down-I do anticipate it’s probably very hot in the peak summer months. Everything was very clean and organized. There were a couple kitchen chairs that were pretty wobbly and may be in need of an upgrade soon. We opted to pay for the passes to the country club for the extra amenities. Kids under 6 were free. 125$ got 6 wristbands which gave you access to all the amenities at pocono farms country club. The pool was great for the kids and we took advantage of the beach area. Unfortunately, there were a couple things closed while we were there. Overall it was an excellent stay and would recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this home was perfect! The house was very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals during our stay. The highlight was definitely the private pool — clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing any time of day and the games room just Amazing. The host was friendly and always available to answer any questions. The area was quiet and safe, and everything we needed was nearby. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended

We checked in the middle of a storm and coldest day of the year, host was super responsive and helpful. Home was clean and well kept. Game corner was very attractive to the kids. We have started making plans for a summer booking due to having a great experience.

Hi ! This stay was for my sons birthday. Everything about our stay was perfect! Elliott and kylie’s were super friendly hosts, making us feel at home and providing everything we needed and more! The house is beautiful, sparkling clean, with gorgeous views of nature and equiped with literally everything you can think of, plus lovely personal touches.Jacuzzi, the fantastic deck game room for kids , 10 minute walk to the lake, biggest indoor water park 20 minutes drive….everything was 5 stars! Really can't recommend enough for a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable trip to this lovely sleepy lake house . Thanks Elliott and Kylie’s!

Teri and Dave are great hosts. The place was amazing. We had great time with our family. The house is in a beautiful community, close to a lake. We enjoyed walking in the community and playing ping pong and pool. Overall, an amazing experience.

Property was great fir our quick get away! Chris was an amazing host. The house was great for relaxing and had a small but surprisingly functional workspace which made things even better. Kitchen was well stocked with basics that most air bnbs do not have. Would visit again.

We enjoyed our stay celebrating a family birthday. The cabin was lovely and I really loved all of the decor throughout the place making it feel so cozy. Everything was clean and organized and there are plenty of things available to cook your own meals. It rained the whole time during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities available at the country club, or the hot tub and fire pit at the cabin but hopefully next time we will!

It’s a very nice place to do a weekend getaway of any season! Close to nature, shopping and water parks!

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door, all the stress melts away! Meticulously spotless. Open floor plan. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. I really can't say enough. Mike was super responsive and checked in with us. My husband and I felt right at home. We will be back!

Awesome place, easily fit the 11 guests we had. The lake was beautiful and accessible directly from the edge of the property. Plus, the owner provided contact info for a local who rents extra boats, so we had plenty of awesome watersport stuff! The three full baths made it easy for everyone to shower after the lake. The outdoor spaces were great in the yard, and because there was stone instead of grass we could use it regardless of the rain. Overall it was an awesome place to stay whether inside or outside. The only items I will mention to future renters to be aware of are: -With a larger group, be sure to bring extra paper products. They stock plenty for a smaller group. -There are plenty of bath towels, but bring beach towels! Otherwise you will need to use bath towels after being in the lake. -The coffee machine is a single-pod style so be sure to bring coffee pods.

Our family if 6 spent a week at Peter's place in May and throughly enjoyed our time there. Walking into the home, it was clean and spacious. The home was perfect for us because we all had our own bedrooms. My husband and I had the master suite and found the bed to be very comfortable and the pillows exceptionally plush. The kitchen is well equipped with all the comforts of home. There are more than enough pots, pans, plates and cutlery even for a larger group. There was a nice complimentary coffee station with various types of coffee, sweeters and creamers. The host supplied a few complimentary snacks, a bottle of wine and sodas. We choose Peter's place for the indoor amenities offered which did not disappoint. Our adult kids spent many night's bonding while playing the multiple games, whiich include electronic darts, air hockey, table tennis, billards and basketball . Had the weather been better we would have surely loved to have had an outdoor bbq but prehaps on our next visit.

Matt was an excellent host! The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions provided ahead of time, and he was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The house was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The setting was peaceful and beautiful—perfect for morning coffee by the lake or just relaxing and enjoying the lake view. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and made the stay even more enjoyable. We also loved that the place was pet-friendly—our pet had the best time exploring. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this listing. We’d absolutely love to stay again!

My stay at Deena’s home was relaxing and problem-free. The neighborhood is private and safe. The home looks just like the pictures and Deena responded quickly to our messages during our stay. The house was clean and all appliances / electronics worked without error. I would definitely book again in the future and recommend to family/friends looking to stay in the area.

Such a nice stay! Booked this place for a birthday getaway, finally a break from NY and we couldn’t have found a better spot. Hosts were extremely nice and responsive even left us gifts for our stay which made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back for another vacation :)
