This place was so beautiful 😍!! It’s was definitely a 10/10

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

It was a nice stay, beautiful home and private quiet environment.

This was a great house with plenty of room for our family consisting of 3 generations - my wife and I, our 3 married adult children and their spouses, and 5 grandchildren. The little ones enjoyed the children's playroom while others enjoyed playing pool and ping pong downstairs. We could all sit together for our meals. The beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough space to park our 5 cars. The neighborhood was very nice. We would stay here again.

The home was absolutely beautiful and super relaxing. It was in every way it was described and did not disappoint. The community was beautiful and makes you feel safe. My sister and I had an amazing time. We had so many plans to do outdoor activities and it rained all weekend but this house was perfect for a much needed staying in weekend. Perfect home and perfect weekend!

The place was great and Edward is an excelled host. He helped us out and communicated even late at night. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Perfect for a Relaxing weekend with friends and Family

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

Quaint little rancher in the woods. Close to the exit of the community and close to the main lake. House was adorable! Hot tub and fire pit were in a great spot in the backyard. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect place for a peaceful vacation. The house was amazing and so much to do there you won’t even want to leave the property! The host was very responsive and made everything as easy as possible for the guests. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Was an awesome place to stay. Sarah was so helpful sent a whole list of events going on in the community while I was going to be there. Pictures online matched in person everything was clean. I will be checking out this property again in the future

Justyna was awesome! Very responsive when I needed direction or help around the house. T home was exactly as described and I couldn’t have asked more from our stay. Everything was seamless from point of entry to exit. I’m thankful for such great hosts! I look forward to a future visit.

Our family had an amazing time. Very easy check in. Macarena was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. The house is clean and kitchen well stacked. The big windows with the view of the lake and sunroom makes this place very special. We cannot wait to come back.

Although Mother Nature rained 10 of the 12 days, my family was never bored. The game room, games, hot tub, sauna, paddle boards and kayaks on the property were a huge hit. The view of the lake and location was absolutely stunning, watching the wildlife also so enjoyable. And Jeffrey and Jessica responded immediately to our questions, superb service. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book it again.

looks just like the pictures. neighborhood wad very nice. The information folder was a great help with activities and restaurants. would definitely stay there again. Our host Toni-Lynn did a great job keeping in contact with throughout the whole trip. 5 star in my book

The home was absolutely amazing! Every feature was as advertised. The entertainment room was perfect for our group as we had plenty of activities available. The hot tub is massive and the back deck is spacious. Beds were super comfortable. The coffee bar was fully stocked and the kitchen has plenty of cookware to use. Great variety of activities for guests. The only issue we had was the complimentary country club pass you receive for booking. We had a party of 11, and according to member services at the clubhouse, the max occupancy for the house is 10. They will NOT accommodate and they were very rude to us about this. Seemed like they saw a group of young men and assumed we would cause trouble. THIS WAS NOT THE HOST’S FAULT!! But he should mention it on the listing for future bookings. It might be there already, but we did not see this detail. 9.5/10 overall - thank you Christopher for the amazing stay!!

Just returned from the most peaceful Pocono getaway and couldn’t be more refreshed! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, cozy, and surrounded by breathtaking nature. From the quiet mornings sipping coffee on the deck to peaceful evening walks, it was exactly the escape we needed. Perfect for a couple’s retreat, the space offered privacy, tranquility, and a real chance to disconnect and unwind. The fresh mountain air and serene setting made every moment feel special. Highly recommend for anyone needing a peaceful reset in nature’s embrace.

I stayed here with 6 friends, the place was very homey. I loved the cute little accents to the house that provided a vibe like no other! The bedrooms were so comfortable. Going to local stores was not much of a hassle. The home has pots and pans, and cooking utensils if it is ever needed. There is a cute lake 4 minutes of a walk to sit down on the ledge and dip your feet in for a nice relaxation. We were not able to use the lake for swimming purposes due to the weather, but it is a great place if you want a weekend getaway or that of some sort with a group of close friends and family. Samantha was more than great at accommodating, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service to us! We appreciate her attentiveness and all around care during our stay. Thank you Samantha for your hospitality.

Ok this will be a little long-winded but worth it. This place is everything it appears to be. They took the time to include all of the little things that you wouldn’t even think of. The response time is amazing when there are questions for the host. We loved the layout of the place; it is great for a large group. We did a friend’s 50th and it couldn’t have gone smoother. There is so much to do in the area too. I don’t want to ruin the surprise but the little touches were so cool. There is plenty of parking and we are already thinking about coming up for another long weekend. Thanks so much for the use of your property. We had an absolute blast!

Marcin was incredible and the house was amazing! So clean and well kept. So much to do and so much space! What a relaxing stay we had. The only difficulty we had was with managing the gait passes and the welcome center not being helpful. Marcin did everything he could immediately to help us! Would stay again!
