Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le cottage de Clarissa et Antonio qui est situé dans un endroit magnifique et au calme mais proche du centre du village de Radicofani. On peut s’y rendre à pied et l’on y trouve de petits commerces et de bons restaurants. Le cottage est bien équipé, propre et très agréable. Nous avons été accueillis par Sara et Marcello qui sont très avenant et très sympathiques. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions de bienvenue. Le cottage est très bien situé géographiquement pour visiter les principaux villages de Toscane et profiter de magnifiques paysages. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en fin de séjour ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir séjourner chez Clarissa et Antonio.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Stefania was super nice to wait for us despite we were later for 3 hours. Her house was very beautiful and lots of space for 10 of us. Everyone can have their own space on the balcony or terrace. Can have BBQ too. House was very well equipped with everything that we expected. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Mario's welcome with a good bottle of red wine and local cookies was a great start for a long peaceful week. The house is located in one of the nicest spots in Umbria. We could have stayed there much longer in order to experience all the finest places Umbria has to offer. Tsvi

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

We had the best two weeks at this farm stay—it’s a really magical place. The apartment is lovely, with comfortable furniture and high ceilings that make it feel quite spacious. The kitchen is small but very well-equipped and all of the appliances worked perfectly. The outdoor spaces are amazing and the views are truly spectacular! Filippo was very kind, helpful, and responsive. The location of this Airbnb is also awesome—the surrounding farm makes it feel remote but you’re still close to downtown Perugia and an easy drive to dozens of other destinations in Umbria. I would highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Sabrinas Unterkunft in der Nähe von Pienza. Sabrina war stets erreichbar und extrem freundlich & proaktiv. Die Räumlichkeiten waren tiptop sauber. Das Frühstück wurde stets frisch zubereitet. Der Garten und die Aussicht waren atemberaubend. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit extrem genossen. Zwei kleinere Bemerkungen: - Die Preise für den Kochkurs empfanden wir doch noch ein bisschen mit 100 Euro p.P. im teuren Segment (100 Euro p.P.) - das war uns leider nicht im Vorhinein bewusst, evtl. wäre es gut ein bisschen mehr Transparenz zu gewährleisten. - Es gab an zwei Tagen komplette Wasserausfälle für viele Stunden - an sich nicht schlimm, aber sollte hoffentlich nicht die Norm sein.

Logement très calme dans une magnifique campagne d’Ombrie avec seulement les oiseaux et le soleil pour vous réveiller le matin. Beaucoup de superbes villages à proximité et bien entendu Perouse et Assise! Hugues a aussi plein d’endroits chouettes à vous recommander!

Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. We had wonderful stay at Casale Zeno. The pristine environment is exactly what we needed and the beautiful sceneries surrounding the property were divine. Jo and Tony are very friendly hosts and it was pleasure staying at their place. We really appreciate all the small details provided in the accommodation along with the super comfortable mattress and pillows. The house is a perfect base for exploring Orvieto and the fantastic region around it. We would happily come back and recommend it. Thank you for a magical stay!

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. La ubicació de la casa es absolutament fabulosa, al bell mig dels turons que envolten Todi, amb unes vistes esplèndides. L’apartament on ens vam allotjar és el núm 1, un dels 4 que l’anfitriona lloga dins de la seva propietat. L’espai interior està ben moblat i té tots els estris i comoditats necessàris per passar-hi dies. També té una terrassa privada encantadora per poder sopar a la fresca. Tot el conjunt de la casa està pensat per a la comoditat dels hostes, amb zona de barbacoa i chillout sota un porxo, un jardí molt ben cuidat, i una piscina ideal per banyar-s’hi després de voltar pels lloc d’interès propers un dia calorós d’estiu. Valoro molt especialment el projecte de paisatgisme que enllaça tots els espais exteriors de la casa amb l’entorn natural on està ubicada. La Christiane i la seva filla van ser molt afables i atentes. Hem passat molt bons dies i hi tornarem segur!

We stayed for 13 nights and enjoyed every minute spending time in such a beautiful and relaxing home. Clean and tidy with so much outdoor space was just magical. Scenery was amazing and everything was true to what was advertised and described. Dror was so responsive we really appreciated that. Thank you for what was everything we had dreamed it would be. Without hesitation would recommend to anyone.

We cannot say enough good things about Tracey and her beautiful Casa Braeside. The house is cozy and just gorgeous, and it was plenty spacious for us (family of 5) and had everything we needed and then some. It stayed cool in the summer heat thanks to thick walls and solid window shutters (plus A/C in case we needed it). The kids loved the pool, and we were all mesmerized by the fireflies at night. I appreciated the multiple places to sit outside. There are always at least one or two outdoor seating areas in the shade at any given time of day. And there’s a hammock! We loved the tranquility: the only things that made noise were the birds singing in the morning, a few summer thunderstorms, and our own kids, ha. The view of the town above is something straight from a postcard. The recommendations for restaurants were detailed and much appreciated. We loved exploring the unspoiled and hardly touristed surroundings. And the property manager is excellent & answered all our questions. 100%!

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

Family of 5 here, 3 small kids. A wonderful stay! We toured surrounding villages in the morning and came back to the pool to beat the heat in the afternoon. The private cooking class with Valentina was the absolute highlight of the trip!

Wir waren über die Weihnachtsferien hier und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, der grosse Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr gemütlich und der Kamin hat eine wunderbare winterliche Stimmung geschaffen. Die Ausstattung der Bäder, der Zimmer und der Küche ist wunderbar, modern und stilvoll. Das Haus eignet sich ideal für größere Gruppen, wobei niemand auf einen Rückzugsort verzichten muss. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel herrlich. Gleichzeitig liegt das Haus der strategisch und innerhalb einer Stunde in jegliche Richtung findet man tolle Ausflugsziele (Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Montepulciano…). Unser Gastgeber war immer zu erreichen und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A stunning property, completely private and quiet. Large outdoor heated pool was well maintained with perfect outdoor eating and sitting areas. We ate out on the terrace every night. Luc recommended the closest Osteria which we all loved, and also recommended the spot to see those iconic views of Tuscany with the avenues of cypress trees. All 6 of us had joyful experience. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Daniele per 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è immersa in un contesto splendido, un po’ fuori dal centro di Perugia, raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi ma più comodamente in pochi minuti di auto, visti i numerosi saliscendi della città. La casetta è indipendente, essenziale ma dotata di tutto. Daniele e i cohost sono stati gentili e disponibili. Struttura super dogfriendly, cosa da noi molto apprezzata. Consigliatissimo!

We expected something special and we were rewarded with a special apartment in an amazing historic building. Grand entrance courtyard, well-tended garden and lovely views. Annalisa and her mother made check-in seamless. Our stay was memorable. Pleasantly surprised that a continental breakfast was provided because the nearest village is some ways away. The location is a short drive to any number of impressive medieval villages. Grazie Annalisa!
