The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

My place is close to restaurants and dining and the beach. You will love my home because of the coziness, the comfortable beds and a cozy living room. Everything is newly decorated. The home is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). If you want a linen package with towels and bed linen, it costs 50 kroner per person. Upon arrival of 2 people where both bedrooms will be used, an additional fee of 75 kroner per night will be added, which will be settled upon arrival. If anything is destroyed, this is paid by the tenant

In walking distance is: The culture square, where a culture meeting will be held. Restaurants, shops, taverns, library, bus station, Dueholm Museum. This beautiful, thatched house is completely undisturbed in the shelter behind the dune right out to the North Sea and has a wonderful view of the valley and its rich wildlife. Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

The apartment is 55 m2 in size and contains a large living room, with sofa bed, a bright kitchen in a separate niche, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. From the apartment, there is a beautiful view of the fjord and only 200 meters to a "private beach. It is possible to rent a double and a single kayak - or even bring your own. The entire apartment was newly built in 2019, with underfloor heating in all rooms.

The house is located 500 meters from the harbor with free boat slipway and good shopping. There are nice restaurants and an oyster bar within walking distance. Bus stop to Skive/Nykøbing is right outside the door.

This means that the cottage is just as useful as a "love nest" for a couple who want to enjoy the togetherness in cozy surroundings as for friends who like to be outdoors, perhaps even with outdoor accommodation.

The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.

The guest house is part of our old barn from 1830, and contains history from a time of unique building constructions. Therefore, you will find here old walls in cobblestone - carefully renovated and modernized over time.
