Holiday houses in Tohănița River

This was a really lovely stay. I wish I'd had more than a few days. The apartment is a cozy loft space with a balcony and deck. I didn't use the deck, but the balcony was a nice place to spend an evening with a Radler watching the sunset over a pretty cemetery. The rest of the apartment was well laid out and tidy. The location is great, off in a quiet corner of Zarnesti, although the town centre is a long walk. I was staying as a quieter base to visit Bran Castle and for those with the energy, the castle is a two hour walk or a twenty minute taxi ride. There's also a beautiful gorge nearby. Mariana was great and picked me up from the train station. I unfortunately had to work on my second full day, so didn't get to go to the cliffs... as it's a loft apartment it does get toasty in the afternoon sunshine and there wasn't many sockets for things like laptops. But these are minor issues, and kinda limited by the space. I would love to stay again and visit the cliffs. Great value.

Everything was wow, from the gorgeous location, with gorgeous landscapes that you could practically admire from any corner of the villa due to the gorgeous location and the inspired design, good taste from the smallest decor details in the interior to the way of construction and the materials used, the silence, the positive vibe, the feeling of welcoming and warm location. This was one of the most beautiful rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Spectacular views! Absolutely incredible location on the top of a mountain surrounded by views of mountains. The home itself is exceptionally clean and comfortable., and the location is close to hiking trails and Bran Castle. We would love to come back one day. If you’re looking for a mountain vacation, this is your destination!

We had a wonderful time in this amazing stay and Ioana has been incredibly helpful. The place is very clean and the views are beautiful. We spent most of the time hanging out at the cabin and admiring the breathtaking views. One of the roads up there was a bit of an adventure for us, as it is quite steep and narrow, but there is also an easier alternative to it. Make sure you ask for the easy route if you’re not feeling brave 😊

This mountain house was the perfect getaway. Surrounded by stunning views, it offered total peace and quiet. The open-air hot tub was a dream—soaking under the stars in the fresh mountain air was unforgettable. The mini sauna was a great bonus after a long hike. Inside, the house was a wonderful mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. We received the best treatment from the hosts and we realized it's part of Club Vila Bran and we had more amenities for free - like pools, the Valea cu Povesti park (good for kids but also for adults), a restaurant with concerts. All 4 of us left feeling relaxed and recharged—can’t wait to come back! We've already re-booked this house for another time, to come back still this summer.

This place is stunning - the view is incredible. The chalet is at the top of the mountain so you look over the whole valley. You definitely want a 4x4 as the roads are pretty bumpy, but once you get there it’s absolutely stunning. The chalet itself is very clean and nice finishes. Daniel was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for travellers that want a quiet space close to nature.

Where to start? The cabin is just perfect. Cosy and very comfortable. The surroundings are absolutely stunning. Rasnov is gorgeous. There's a beautiful and incredibly friendly and affectionate cat that slept with me every night. Florin is super friendly, helpful and fun. And a bit of a superhero too, helping me out when I had a problem. I ended up staying on an extra night cause I didn't want to leave. I'm coming back very soon!!
