Newly renovated in 2020, the house is located between Kyoto Station and Kintetsu Toji Station, just a few minutes walk to AEON MALL and Kyoto landmark Toji Five-Storied Pagoda. Lawson, 711, Family Mart, Fresco Supermarket, Fresh Supermarket, KFC, Mos Burger, Yoshinoya, Matsuya, BOOKOFF, Cinema Kyoto Minami Kaikan, etc. are within 200 meters. The house is a brand new two-story single-family house in a quiet traditional neighborhood in the southern part of Kyoto. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with up to nine beds, free Wi-Fi, washing machine + dryer, air purifier, etc. It is about 900 meters from Kyoto Station, a 12-minute walk, and only 150 meters from Kintetsu To-ji Station, a 2-minute walk, making it very convenient to visit various attractions in Kyoto. In accordance with Kyoto City Hotel Regulations, guests are required to provide identification documents such as passports and residence cards for registration before checking in, and we will pay Kyoto City Accommodation Tax on behalf of guests accordingly. Maximum occupancy: 9 people (1F: Japanese-style tatami room for 4 people; 2F: Western-style single bed x2 for 2 people + Japanese-style tatami room for 3 people). No smoking in the entire area, including the street in front of the house, and please keep quiet after 9 pm to avoid noise. Guest check-out time is 10:00 am, late check-out for more than 60 minutes without reason will incur a half-day room charge, and late check-out for more than 90 minutes without reason will incur a one-day room charge. The exterior of the house is equipped with surveillance cameras, which only film the street in front of the door for daily security and management of the outdoor area, this equipment is a necessary facility for the relevant provisions of the Kyoto Hotel Business Act.

The private rental accommodation "Takasegawa Shichijo" is a fully renovated 115-year-old traditional Kyoto townhouse. The traditional Kyoto townhouse, which forms part of the beautiful scenery of Kyoto, has been redesigned as a building with high airtightness and thermal insulation, while retaining its original structure, so that you can enjoy a comfortable stay even in the humid and hot summers and harshly cold winters that are unique to Kyoto. From the Japanese-style room on the first floor, you can see the tsubo garden, which is designed to resemble a "roji" (*a garden leading to a tea room). There is also a sofa in the hallway where you can relax and enjoy the view of the tsubo garden. In the evening, you can spend a relaxing time watching the illuminated tsubo garden. There are two bedrooms on the second floor: a Japanese-style room with two single beds and a Western-style room with two single beds. If there are 5 or more guests, we ask that you use the Japanese-style room on the first floor as a bedroom by laying out futons, though this may be a bit inconvenient. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and tableware for simple cooking.
