性价比高，首先是交通非常便捷（推荐通过谷歌地图定位找路）距离几个地铁口路线都很好找不超过三条马路，非常近，不用五分钟就能走到，便于根据谷歌地图的电车到站时间点规划赶车。车站走到住处途径全家和许多自动贩卖机，玩耍一天后回民宿时买饮料零食以及第二天的早餐很方便。最后一天离开前晚饭后空手去daiso，唐吉坷德或通天阁下的免税店（这家店营业至23点）打包购入日用品或手信也很便捷。离通天阁一带也近，有很多饭店，杂货店。 房间各项设施齐全，布置科学，可以坐躺休息的沙发两侧和床头旁都有充电插头。wifi可以正常连接上。洗漱间比较小，对我来说用起来没什么问题，热水快。洗衣机、微波炉还没用过，有一个小冰箱，可以保存第二天早餐，甜点或者饮料。 楼梯比较狭窄，以及三楼床头是比较矮的，可能（三楼）不适合体型偏大的房客。 晚上附近挺安全的，傍晚和晚上还碰到好几次猫。 附近有交通警局。因为离车站近，会有电车，警车的声音，其余都很安静。不过当另一层的房客晚上很晚回，进门上楼时聊天的话，会听到声音。不过不会听到其他房客房内水电的噪音。 房间整体很干净，床单整套都换新过，而且有备用的新用具

Endroit isolé, si vous cherchez le calme et la sérénité vous serez les bienvenus. Un logement simple mais loin de la ville. 🥰

Had an amazing time there. The location was very well preserved, and well maintained. You feel though you are stepping into a previous century when you enter the ground. We got a comfortable stay. And the owner was very friendly and helpful. Nearby town, there’s a little Izakaya called Imada which we recommend to visit.

アメリカから初めて日本に来た友人5人と宿泊しました。 伝統的な建築スタイルと、インテリアに感動していました。 また本堂には驚いて、こんな体験ができると思っていなかったと喜んでもらえました。 設備は清潔で整頓されていました。 充実した2泊になりました。 ホストは親切で丁寧でした。

とてもとても優しいオーナーさんでした！！！チェックインも道を間違ってしまって時間が過ぎてしまったのですが、到着後丁寧にご対応していただき安心しました！すごく綺麗なお部屋でした！！久しぶりの幼馴染との旅行満喫できました！！一緒にやってる参鶏湯のお店を利用したかったのですが、友人の時間の都合で寄れなかったためまた来た際にはぜひ食べに行きたいです！！

Le logement de Michi est très agréable, situé en plein coeur des rizières et des champs de thé. C’était très agréable d’être éloigné de la ville et au calme. La gare est à 20min à pieds, mais Michi est venu me récupérer en voiture à la gare et m’a même déposé quand je suis partie. Il est très attentionné. Merci Michi pour ce séjour.

We stayed 5 nights at Yukikos place to discover Kyoto from there. The position in Kyoto is a charm. You can walk to the imperial palace and if you are into cycling you can get to almost every place you'd want to visit. It's a very cozy apartment, we felt like home and could have stayed much longer. There is everything (e.g. laundry machine) you need for a stay, nothing missed. The bicycles were handy for us to go to the city, they work pretty well and Yukiko was a great help with some bike specific stuff in Kyoto. The area of the appartement is calm and relaxed. There is a seven eleven 3 minutes (walking) away, a subway station as well and lots of great restaurants and cafes. One thing we enjoyed was the temple nearby which felt much more realistic than the large ones and pretty ones you'll read about in every guide. Huge thanks to Yukiko and her family! A heart warming welcome and communication. We would love to come back some day :)

房子在山顶，要从车站走15分钟的路，10分钟的路程是小路，欧美住客很多，单身女性请十分小心。以前在枚方住了两年，治安是好的。最好带上床上用品，床笠是比较粗糙的风格。这个价格非常划算，连青旅都做不到这个价格。

this place is definitely one of a kind. I’ve lived in many Japanese houses before, this one is the most traditional, spacious and beautiful one. The house it self is full of surprises, and you cannot a it anywhere else. The only down side is that it you have luggages, you may better call a taxi since it’s couple minutes away from the bus station, but that’s the nature of Kanazawa as a city so no complaints about that. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay for a family trip.

Tres pratique pour un séjour de court terme, cependant un peu bruyant. A recommander tout de même lorsqu’on a un budget limité

es buen alojamiento, deben cuidar un poco más lo de los insectos ya que hubo arañas en nuestra habitación, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien

Loved our stay at Mingwai’s place. It was so well equipped. The kitchen had all that we had to cook and eat comfortably. The room and toilets were clean too. It’s 20min walk from the station but buses are available as well. Mingwai was kind, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this hostel!

友人と一緒に利用しましたが、甲府駅から近く、周りに飲食店もたくさんあるので便利でした。和室１室、洋室２部屋（ベッド２つと１つのお部屋）でしたので寝る場所もたっぷりありました。ホスト様のメッセージの返信も早く、チェックイン時間よりも早くついてしまいましたが柔軟に対応してくださり少し早めにお部屋に入ることができとても助かりました。コミュニケーションがとても取りやすく安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

I made new friends during my stay. It’s a bit of a walk to Nagoya Station, but otherwise the location is good.

A brilliant place to stay in Kyoto. A great location. Super clean. Surprisingly spacious for our family of five. And in the best part of town. Highly recommend.
