Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Tōkai Region

Super easy stay. We especially liked having a baggage drop option hours prior to check-in as we arrived into Tokyo at noon. This gave us a bunch of time to explore the neighborhood. And it was great check-out was 11am versus all the other places we stayed was at 10am. Overall, we'd absolutely stay with Toshi again.

This was my second time staying at StayFab’s apartment in Shimokita and just like the first time we loved it. We appreciate the apartments proximity to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is an ideal size for a family traveling with kids. David is a great host and a great communicator.

We had a great time in Nagoya. The flat is big enough for luggage and has enough space to hang laundry outside. We had a clogged drainage in the bathroom and within 20 minutes someone arrived and resolved the issue. The person was extremly polite and apologetic for the inconvenience. We even got some of their favourite snacks for the inconvenience. We'll book it again, if we'll go to nagoya, again!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean airbnb during a trip to Nagoya with my daughter. The early check in allowed us to easily move in after checking out from a nearby hotel. The hosts provided us with an extra bed after a simple request. The large monitor/TV, connected to my laptop using the USB-C and HDMI cables in the apartment, was great! I could do some work while the movable movable partitions created a separate bedroom.

We had a wonderfully comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hanezu - Aya's place in Nagoya! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Aya was an exceptional host—so kind and friendly—and her recommendations for both tourist spots and local restaurants were truly appreciated, helping us make the most of our trip. The Airbnb's location was absolutely ideal for exploring Nagoya. We loved having such convenient access to the subway station, bus stops, a supermarket, convenience store, drugstores, and plenty of famous local restaurants and shops. This made sightseeing and shopping incredibly easy and efficient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we couldn't have picked a better place for our trip. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Nagoya!

Great stay in Kanazawa, very close to Omicho market, very clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Onsite laundry was nice to have. No issues at all, great communication, and great location -- highly recommend.

Es war mit Abstand der beste Aufenthalt in Japan. Eine super Gegend. Sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem viel zu sehen. Direkt am Fluss. Sehr gut mit der Natur verbunden. Wir waren oft auch in Kyoto City. Sehr gut zu erreichen.

サウナ付きで綺麗でお庭も広くとても楽しめましたリビングも広くお互いにプライベートの時間を過ごすことができ大満足でした 車で20分くらいの所にスーパーやセリアなどが有りお酒やワイン地ビールおつまみ弁当など色々買い出しもできます。歩いて1分の所にローソンもあります 山中湖はサイクリングコースも充実しており車で3分の所に貸出自転車屋さんなど有りサイクリングも楽しめよかったです 気温は5月下旬で梅雨時期も有り10度程ちょっと寒いくらいでしたがサイクリング後はサウナ&お風呂で温まり最高でした 残念なことは隣りの温泉施設が設備工事中で数週間お休みだったこと しかしmysaさんのお風呂は広く景色も最高でした機会があればまた利用したいです

ホストの方はメッセージへのお返事も早く丁寧な方で、お部屋も細部まで綺麗にされていました。とても良い旅行となりました。

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

It was a great place for us. A little small for 8 people and no sitting area but the host was so responsive and the location was ideally located near a train station. The air conditioning was strong and the showers were spacious. Thank you so much for hosting us. We would definitely come back to this place again.

My Gen Z kids loved the Japanese charm of the house while my older parents found the traditional furniture and beds a bit uncomfortable. Great location with lots of historic interest, short walk from the lake. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Matsumoto! The location is absolutely perfect – close to everything we needed: great food, cute shops, and sightseeing spots. The house itself is stylish, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. Everything was so clean and well-prepared. Masaya-san was a very kind and attentive host, and the guide he sent before our stay was super helpful for planning our trip. We felt very comfortable and truly at home. Thank you so much – we’d love to come back again someday!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Kayo’s Airbnb! The apartment is stunning—bright, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Shinjuku. It was easy to explore the area with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transportation just a short walk away. Most of all, I want to sincerely thank Kayo and co hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. From quick communication to thoughtful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. 1歳の孫夫婦と一緒に大阪万博をメインに観光しました。 宿泊施設は大阪港のすぐ近くで、交通の便も大変よく、わかりやすい場所だと思います。 港町なので、歴史感のあるレストランや新しいコンセプトのお店をはじめ、海遊館に隣接した商業もあり、滞在するのには楽しい地区です。 この施設は、部屋の配置や内装にも大変こだわりがあって、新しい日本の生活様式を堪能できるように工夫されています。 畳がベースの床、清潔な備品、何より木の大きなお風呂が素敵でした。 最新の水回り機器やオーディオ設備が揃っていて、滞在はリラックス出来ます。 ホストの対応は素晴らしく、感謝しています。 友達にオススメすると同時に、機会があれば、次回も利用したいです。

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Kamakura. Toshi ist wirklich der perfekte Gastgeber. Bereits vor Anreise wurden wir mit reichlich nützlichen Informationen versorgt, auch mit vielen Tipps zur Umgebung, selten haben wir so einen tollen Service erlebt. Und das Apartment selbst war auch einfach nur super und sehr gut gelegen. Es fehlte an nichts, man hatte einen tollen Ausblick, das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

i booked 2 room, this one for my family and the other one for my mom, sister and brother in law. this was my 2nd time staying at here, the reason is obviously due how comfortable and convenience is here. almost zero complain. the room is big, amenities are complete, bus stop just 5 seconds by foot :D, 2 mins to nearest ministop and 7eleven, 3 mins to Kyoto Aquarium. 1 more thing, please send my regards to SAMIYA-san at the reception office, she was so nice, very helpfull and super pretty too!!

First of all Toshi is an amazing host, proactive and caring. He helped us with many things and he responded with patience and politeness. The villa/apt is nice and cozy, it has everything you need. Large tv, comfy bed and a fantastic small kitchen. The only thing is the bath is a little high on the edge which can be a little hard to climb over, but that’s not a deal breaker. Thank you Toshi!

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI
