Mansion holiday rentals in Tokyo

Absolutely incredible Airbnb located in the heart of shinjuku, about a 7 minute walk from oedo line and 13 minute walk from marounochi. 6 rooms, we were traveling with 6 people so it was perfect for us. Dining area, balconies on both sides of the apartment, and although it says 1 bathroom the way it is played out allows for 2 people to be showering, while one person is using the toilet and another using the urinal. Check in was streamlined and Ken was exceptionally hospitable. This will be my go to Airbnb for when I’m traveling with a larger group in Japan.

We loved this house. It was in a quaint neighborhood close to everything you need. Beds are so comfy. Lots of Gardens in the neighborhood. We would return if we had the opportunity

This place was fantastic. Very clean. Lots of space for me and my. Three children. Nothing was too much trouble for AYUMI. I left some stuff behind and he’s posting it to Australia fantastic service.

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

My friends and I had a great time. The house was amazing and in a great location to see a lot of the major attractions in Tokyo. I would definitely recommend to stay there if you have a large group of people as it fit 8 of us very well.

房间很干净，周边很繁华，如果喜欢吃韩餐，住这里简直是天堂，Jang 和 Kate都很nice。 东京真的是太潮了，被子有些潮，如果能处理好简直是出门旅游完美的一处落脚点。

Such a quaint neighborhood with lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants. Just a five minute walk to the train station! Ryuji helped us navigate a first time visit to Tokyo by communicating great train routes and directions to and from his place. We had a great stay and his apartment was central to the Shibuya area, including Yoyogi Park and Shibuya crossing, etc.

This accommodations is able to fit many guests! Host was very friendly and provided so many amenities for our stay. Host was also responsive and we could leave our luggages early so we could explore the city:) Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Akira’s place. We were a group of 8 people with 5 adults and 3 kids (10 and under). The house comfortably fit all of us and felt like home — Akira had everything we needed. Loved the residential neighbourhood- gave you a sense of how most people lived - and a restful reprieve after visiting the hustle and bustle of the major city areas. I would mention that if you have a large taxi/transport, it may be difficult to get right to the house as the roadways are very narrow (typical for residential areas). Two laundry places and vending machines right by the house (so convenient)! Walkable to train stations. Look forward to coming back!

It was such a beautiful home, honestly we had a very different view of it just because we live in the US our perspective of the home was different but once we arrived seeing the architecture and the way the house is built was so wonderful and smart. Everyone loved the house! We felt so comfortable especially the terrace was so peaceful. We loved being able to have two bathrooms as well as having a washer/dryer in one! We were actually so surprised and having little kids with us it was a necessity. We loved how close it was to Uniqlo and other restaurants and stores ESPECIALLY the train station it was such a lifesaver when it came to taking all our luggage’s to head to the airport. Overall we fell in love with Mari’s place and decided to stay at her place when we visit next time! Mari and her team were so responsive and helpful sending guides to places to visit. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Sumida, Tokyo. The location was perfect — nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet within easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It was very convenient to get to popular attractions like the Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable — which was a big plus for planning our daily sightseeing. Our host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and how to use everything in the apartment. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and convenient home base in Tokyo.

Great place to stay for our family. It is a little further away from all major attractions but that didn’t stop us. The stairs are pretty narrow to go up. If you have bigger luggage, it will be hard to get everything upstairs. We kept everything on the bottom floor and brought it up as we needed things. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the bottom floor. The second floor has the tatami room and kitchen/living room. The last 2 rooms are on the top floor. If you’re driving to the house, some of the roads to get there are narrow but this didn’t bother us. It’s definitely a great place to stay for the cost. We will come back here.

Great place, a little out of the way but very good value, lots of space, and a short train ride from Shinjuku. The place was well suited for our purposes (family of 3 adults/2 children). Lots of good restaurants near Hatagaya Station. One warning, the address was difficult for Google Maps and Uber to find, but I found a nearby business and used that instead, much easier to tell drivers where to go. Often Google Maps would try to send us to a similar address in Honcho rather than Honmachi.

Amazing Airbnb with pool and sauna. Super private and quiet area. Beautiful typical Japanese interior with a luxury touch. The host is very friendly and communication was easy. We would love to come visit again.
