Holiday rentals with a sauna in Tokyo

Excellent location & cozy place

今回、元麻布にある素敵な宿に友人3人で宿泊させていただきました。 1日だけでしたが、大満足の滞在で、星5では足りないくらいです！ 東京観光でいろいろ探していた中で見つけたんですが、本当に「ここにしてよかった」と思える宿でした。 場所は落ち着いた雰囲気のエリアにありながらアクセスも良好。周辺にはおしゃれなお店やカフェも点在していて、散歩しているだけでも楽しかったです。 室内は広々としていて、まず入った瞬間から清潔感があり感動。リビングには大きなテレビとプロジェクターがあって、友人と映画を観ながらまったり過ごせました。全体的に高級感がありながらも居心地がよくて、自然とリラックスできました。 そして何より印象的だったのが、サウナとジャグジー。都内の宿でここまで本格的なものはなかなかないと思います。ベランダには整い椅子も用意されていて、サウナ→外気浴→ジャグジーのループで、気持ちよくととのえました。 ベッドはダブルサイズが4台もあり、3人で泊まってもそれぞれの空間がしっかり確保できて、とても快適でした。寝心地も抜群で、夜もぐっすり眠れました。 それから、ホストの方の対応もとても丁寧で安心できました。事前のメッセージのやり取りもスムーズでしたし、ちょっとした質問にもすぐに優しく答えてくださって、細やかな心配りが感じられました。 全体を通して「また絶対に泊まりたい！」と思えるような宿でした。友達や家族にも自信を持っておすすめできます。 ぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。

Perfect place for party

Our stay at サウナイン was exactly what we needed for a long Japan trip. Easily located in a quiet neighborhood one train stop from all the big areas, but peaceful and with an authentic local feeling. The sauna, cold plunge and bathtub were the perfect way to relax after so much walking and great for sore muscles and tired feet. Design is luxury but also clean and unique. Like having a Japanese bathhouse experience but in your own home! All amenities and designs were creative and thoughtful. Especially loved the robes, slippers and sauna scented oil. For the price you get a lot more space than you would in a typical Tokyo hotel, plus more storage and areas to relax. The washer and dryer are really good quality and a slept on amenity but a must if you’re trying to save luggage space to buy more stuff! Everything was easy and wonderful. Highly recommend!

My family and I loved staying at Yj's. The apartment is very comfortable and really clean. The neighborhood is beautiful, a residential part of Tokyo where you feel like a local- plenty of markets around, good restaurants, a small park, close to the metro station. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for a short stay and the shower is great. The host is super friendly and always available.

Just like any other place in Tokyo, the room was smaller than I am used to but was as described. Very clean. They had a very nice lady available to help during check in.

A nice place feeling like a traditional Japanese home within a modern building. It offers everything you need but you need to check at the wardrobe outside the apartment door for iron, the ironing board, hangers as the host has a small office right at the main door. My children loved this place. Easy to find, easy check in and out and very responsive host. When we found no hanger, they went out and purchase right away for us. However the washing machine has a seperately efficient dry function so you don't need a hanger and rack to dry your clothes after washing. This place is super convenient to get around as it's only 2 min walk from Jimbocho station. Thank you VOYAN team!

Airbnb was great! A lot of stuff nearby! Even the trains were nearby. Host was very responsive. Id definitely stay here again. I say this airbnb is great for 4 people. Even though it can fit up to 6. Thanks for the great hospitality.

딱 일본 가정집에서 머무는 홈스테이 느낌이에요. 호스트이신 마타상이 가까운 역으로 픽업 와주셔서 비오는데 큰 도움되었어요! 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 세이부신주쿠선 역이 있고 큰 마트도 있어요. 2층에 방이 4개가 있고 공동욕실을 사용하는데 1층 욕실을 사용해도 된다고 하셨어요. 동네가 완전 주택가라 조용해서 잠이 정말 잘 왔어요 ㅋㅋ 방마다 에어컨 겸 히터도 있고 방문도 잠글 수 있어서 안심입니다. 가정집에서 하는 민박이라 통금시간이 있긴한데 저는 자정까지 밖에 있을 일은 없어서 불편하진 않았어요. 번잡한 도쿄가 아닌 애니메이션이나 드라마 같은 일본 가정집에서의 생활이 궁금하신 분들께 강추 드립니다!!

Haru has been a great host, being very responsive throughout the stay and checking in on our comfort frequently. It's a pleasant location with many amenities within a few minutes walking distance. The weather was very cold during the stay and the sauna was useful. Overall very pleased with the stay and would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Jenny’s place! The room was quiet, fully equipped, and perfect for a family. The location is incredibly convenient — Kitasenju Station is just nearby, with direct trains to Skytree, Asakusa, Ueno, and Nippori. There are also big shopping malls and lots of local Japanese restaurants around the station, making it easy to enjoy both shopping and authentic local life. Jenny was a kind and thoughtful host. She prepared charging cables in advance and left the lights on for our late arrival — a warm and welcoming touch. We loved our stay so much that we’ll definitely recommend Jenny’s place to any friends visiting Tokyo! Highly recommended!

I totally enjoyed staying at Mitsuko‘s amazing place. The room was super cozy and had everything I needed. There is also a kitchen and an office area, which can be used. Mitsuko is an absolutely lovely person. I felt right at home from the start. She knows the area really well and provided me with a lot of recommendations. I’d definitely come back and totally recommend staying there!

Open-minded host Ms. Kusaka makes guests peaceful. I loved her bookshelf, full of her time as an architect, the cats, and the perfect bathtub and sauna facility! Hope to visit again soon.
