Very convenient location. Easy to get around! The size of the house able to fit 3 adults and 1 kid. We had 3 medium luggages and 2 handcarry. No issue when packing or opening up. Will definitely book here again if I am back to Tokyo!

Great location for restaurants and sightseeing. Easy access to multiple trains with one of the trains being very close. Place was good size for family of four. There is a flight of stairs up to the second floor but then an elevator afterwards. Host was very friendly and met us at check in to help with luggage.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tokyo! The location is excellent – close to several metro lines, making it very easy to explore the city. We loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt, even though it’s right in the center of Tokyo. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family (2 adults and 1 child). The beds were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Communication with Mathew was smooth and clear at all times. The check-in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. One highlight for us was being so close to convenience stores and small local restaurants where we could easily grab breakfast or a quick dinner. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families looking for a practical and cozy apartment as their home base while exploring the city. I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.

도쿄에 아기랑 여행을 오게돼서, 어디에 머무를지 고민이 많았는데 최고의 숙소였습니다 ! 남편이 도쿄에 6번정도 방문했는데 어느 특급호텔보다 컨디션이 좋았다고 해요 :) - 롯폰기가 매우 가깝고 지하철역도 가까워서 유모차를 끌고 이동하기 정말 좋았어요 . 도쿄타워도 걸어서 다녀왔어요 🥹 - 아기와 방문한다고 하니, 호스트께서 아기용품을 섬세하게 준비해주셨어요. 정말 편하게 잘 사용했습니다 💛 아기과자랑 아기주스도 준비해주셨는데 아기가 정말 좋아했어요 :) - 숙소 컨디션이 정말 좋았어요. 깨끗하고 숙소에 없는게 없었어요. 정말 살면서 필요한 모든 아이템이 다 있었습니다. 사용하진 않았지만 여행하는 동안 들고다닐 수 있는 미니선풍기와 건전지까지 있었어요. 섬세한 호스트의 배려가 느껴지는 부분이였습니다 ^^ - 테라스에서 도쿄타워가 보여요 !! 테라스에서 맥주 마시며 하루를 마무리 해서 기분이 좋았어요. - 일본이 워낙 조용하지만, 이곳 주변은 더 조용해서 좋았습니다. 편하게 힐링하기 좋았어요. - 다음에 도쿄에 방문한다면 꼭 다시 오고 싶은 곳입니다. 덕분에 기분 좋게 마무리 하고 집으로 돌아갑니다 :) 친절한 호스트분들께도 정말 감사드려요.

조용한 주택가에 위치 해 잇으며 가까운 지하철 역이 두군데나 잇고 가까운 위치에 편의점 이외에도 중형 대형 마트도 잇어서 4식구가 시내 관광후에 안전하고 쾌적하고 조용한 동네로 귀가하여 편안히 잘 쉬엇읍니다. 또한 화장실 (변기)이 두개여서 4인가족이 불편함이 없엇으며 사소한 질문에도 바로 바로 호스트가 답변해 주고 요청한 사항도 신속히 처리되엇읍니다(휴지통 비우기). 넉넉한 공간의 숙소를 찾던 저에게 너무 만족스러웟으며 지인들에게 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.

房源离车站和便利店都很近，可以很便捷的去往一些热门地区。而且入住时间非常灵活，提供了寄存行李的地方，可以随时存取，这在东京非常实用。 但房屋更加适合2-3人短住，因为空间有限，行李箱有些打不开。

Siamo stati benissimo, l’alloggio è davvero molto carino e si trova vicinissimo alla stazione di Higashinakano (a due fermate da Shinjuku, a una da Nakano). I dintorni sono carinissimi, Higashinakano è uno dei posti più belli e autentici che abbiamo visitato a Tokyo. Hanako è stata un’host super disponibile, gentile e reattiva, grazie di tutto! Se dovessimo tornare a Tokyo valuteremo senz’altro di tornare qui!

This Airbnb was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The sheets and pillow cases were brand new and you can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into making every part of the house spotless and aesthetically pleasing. It also had everything you need including office supplies, a kettle, first aid, a rice cooker, and toiletries. The AC in both bedrooms were powerful and great after a long hot day. The host is very responsive, kind, and helpful. It was only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. My group of 4 stayed here for one whole week, and we definitely would recommend this place to others visiting Japan for the first time. :)

Easy subway access to popular places like Ginza and Shibuya. Location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, liked it a lot because we wanted to be away from the busy part of Tokyo. The rental is very well maintained, comfortable, and communication was excellent. Would definitely return.

Miao is really responsive and helpful. She helps provide useful information about surroundings and recommend restaurants/ drug store and etcs. The location is close to train and easy to go anywhere. The room is just remodeled so everything is so clean and nice. The warm water came out so quick and beddings/towel are so clean and homey. I really enjoy the stay here. Highly recommend.
