Great location @ Kinshicho, where you can find everything you need near by. Shopping malls, restaurants, game places, etc. Kinshicho station has 2 main JR - JO & JB line, you can even take JR directly no transfer from Narita Airport in 1.5 hrs. It also has Metro / subway line which is very convenient! Going Tokyo station & Akihabara station are only 10 mins JR. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. Don’t hesitate to reach them for any questions!

Definitely gonna refer them to all my clients.. very accommodating, even talked to us late night 11:30-12:30 midnight just to help us fix the fire alarm 🚨 my client mistakenly push.. Let us enter early than expected, Leave later than the check out time.. Very impressive.. thank you so much we appreciate everything

Our stay at Sora’s place was truly enjoyable. The location is conveniently close to Oshiage Skytree Station and the iconic Skytree Tower, making it perfect for exploring the area. Sora and the hosting team were exceptionally accommodating and responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and would gladly choose to stay here again during our next visit to Japan.

It’s a cozy and comfy little place but it has all you need to stay comfortably. Lots of very thoughtful details. For us a family of 4 it was perfect!

This place was well worth the stay, easy to get to train station, supermarkets, bus stops, and local shopping. Food around this place good. It was nice to be away for the day to come back to place that felt very homey. We used the kitchen to make daily breakfast before starting our days. I would highly recommend this place especially if you're traveling with kiddos. We had our four year-old with us. There was six of us traveling together. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own beds Would definitely stay there again if I were in the Japan area.

Our stay at サウナイン was exactly what we needed for a long Japan trip. Easily located in a quiet neighborhood one train stop from all the big areas, but peaceful and with an authentic local feeling. The sauna, cold plunge and bathtub were the perfect way to relax after so much walking and great for sore muscles and tired feet. Design is luxury but also clean and unique. Like having a Japanese bathhouse experience but in your own home! All amenities and designs were creative and thoughtful. Especially loved the robes, slippers and sauna scented oil. For the price you get a lot more space than you would in a typical Tokyo hotel, plus more storage and areas to relax. The washer and dryer are really good quality and a slept on amenity but a must if you’re trying to save luggage space to buy more stuff! Everything was easy and wonderful. Highly recommend!

Clean apartment, everything worked out. Only minus is that no shower and walls are quite thin, so you wake up for street noices in the morning. Wallace was very helpful host!

We were a party of 3 looking for an apartment with 2 separate bathrooms (toilets) which is hard to find when you only need 2 bedrooms. We needed privacy but still have a place to be together. This fit the bill exactly. The apartment is a detached house with 3 floors, in a quiet area a few minutes walk from Ikeburu station . The top and bottom floors have bedrooms and toilets while the middle floor has the kitchen, living/ dining area, shower and laundry. The stairs are steep, so that might be a problem for some people. The kitchen has all the basics, but we only needed it for our morning coffee, as there are lots of places to buy food and eat in the area. Unfortunately, there were only 2 coffee cups when we were there, which I understand has been remedied. The couches in the living/dining area were basic but not super comfy. All in all, it made a good base from which to see Tokyo. I would recommend this apartment to people who want both privacy and a communal area.

我们一家四口在这里住了八晚，房东夫妇亲自欢迎我们入住，给我们带来了礼物，为我们详细介绍了房内电器、设施的使用方法和注意事项，并且非常贴心地为我们同行的婴儿准备了婴儿纸巾、沐浴露、玩具等婴儿用品，二楼厨房的冰箱装满了水、饮料、酸奶等食品供我们免费使用。房屋保养得非常干净，通往二楼和三楼的台阶、厨房、房间打扫得一尘不染、无可挑剔。住所周边环境非常安静，居住氛围浓厚，与东京闹市区的人满为患形成鲜明对比，步行范围内有便利店、快餐店、餐厅、大型超市等各类餐饮设施。二楼的客厅厨房起居室为我们一家人提供了便利的生活空间，早上我们会在厨房一起吃早餐，吃完后开启一天的旅程，晚上返回住所后在客厅休息聊天。房东响应非常迅速，总能快速回复消息，更重要的是，她及时热心地帮助我们收集处理旅行期间的厨余垃圾和生活垃圾，去过日本的游客都知道这有多么重要！通往二楼和三楼的楼梯狭长陡峭（没办法，日本独栋建筑的通病），对于需要搬运大件行李上楼和腿脚不便的老年人来说会有点困难，但是楼梯加装了扶手确保上下台阶的安全。如果你想避开东京闹市区的人山人海，这里是非常适合一家人居住的选择。

I really enjoyed my stay here! The host is very kind and responsive, and the place itself is very well equipped. Everything is clean, the tatami bed was comfortable, and it is decently close to subways that get you to popular areas. There is a 7-11 and Lawson nearby, as well as a cute cafe (Kitasando Coffee) that’s perfect for making a quick stop to grab coffee or breakfast before you start the day!

If you wish to experience Japanese countryside this is the spot. A beautiful traditional Japanese home with views of rice fields with many birds and if you’re lucky enough; tanuki! A walk or bike ride through the streets into town to everything you need for your stay. The host (sensei) exceeded our expectations showing us around town by bike, inviting us into his world and always checkin in making sure we’re okay. Truly so appreciative for this experience. A tranquil stay.

Very spacious, great for large groups and easy to find with flexible check-in. Quiet area and the parking space was a plus. It's a bit far from the station, and the area only has some convenient restaurants, but it is not bad if you leave the house for all day and only come back at night. We enjoyed the loft and the rock wall is very creative. The house was mostly clean. We do wish that there were blinds, but eye masks solved the problem. It's not perfect, but still very good! I would return again.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern and comfortable house in Gotemba, Japan. The home has two floors – upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room. Downstairs, there is another bedroom and a bathroom (without a shower), along with a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute drive to the Gotemba Premium Outlets, and within walking distance to a beautiful pine forest park. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly – we never felt hot even in summer. The beds were very comfortable, and one of the highlights was waking up to a stunning view of Mt. Fuji right from our bedroom. Another favorite feature was the massage chair – it was so relaxing after a long day. The Wi-Fi was super fast, too. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the stay. Fabulous place! Excellent location, very clean and roomy (for 2 adults and a child). Our little girl LOVED the bunk bed and the plush teddies. Communication was better than any I have experienced in Australia. Close to train station and local restaurants. Would stay again. Dyson hair dryer was a luxurious touch 👌🏼

The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and modern—just perfect for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of towels and thoughtful touches throughout that showed the host truly cares about their guests’ experience. I felt right at home. This Airbnb will definitely be my first choice when I visit Tokyo again!

Great place to stay at with wonderful hosts. Check in was very straightforward and easy, and the location was really nice with it being only 20ish minutes away from Shibuya. Beds were really confortable, restrooms and kitchen were very clean. After checking out I forgot to pack my belt and the host was kind enough to hold onto them until I could come by and pick them up. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Suhyun’s place was very convenient but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great attention to details. Nice simple design and great for our family!

this is my 2nd time to stay here, in past 2 month, really enjoying, specially travel with family with kids, is the best place to stay, pocket wifi make life easy to contact the world. Kate are really helpful, she always help when needed.

３世代５人で宿泊しました。スタッフの方々がフレンドリーかつ柔軟、思いやりがあり、でも過剰さがない洗練されたバランスで、高齢の両親も、子どもたちも、初めからとてもリラックスして楽しむことができました。レストラン＆カフェがある１階から階段を上り、２階が２室の宿になっています。部屋は広々とした空間で、シンプルでモダン、寝具やアメニティーは、使い心地と環境への配慮を感じました。部屋から全面ガラスのオーシャンビューが広がり、バルコニーではソファに寝転んで夜風と虫の声、海の音を聞きながら星を眺め、ゆったりと贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。キッチン周りは必要かつ十分に整い、食材や調味料を持ち込んで料理できます。ナイフ類も頼めば借りられるかもしれません。砂浜で夜、朝と静かに散歩ができ、目の前から出る水上バスで、清水の中心市街地もすぐでした。１階のレストランもいい雰囲気で、マリーンスポーツも楽しそうでした。次は利用してみたいと思います。

Great apartment for our family. It was easy to navigate to multiple stations and the neighborhood was quiet. We were in Tokyo during a very hot week and A/C was also fantastic. Would highly recommend.
