Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We have been hosting on Airbnb for years, renting out the attic of our own house. Since we didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to accommodate people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!

Se trata de un bonito apartamento tipo Loft recién estrenado, situado en el centro de la población de Arenas de San Pedro, al pie de la Sierra de Gredos. A solo 1,5 h en coche de Madrid. Sus altos techos de 4 metros dan una agradable sensación de amplitud y diafanidad. Está decorado con estilo moderno y minimalista, con todo el mobiliario y electrodomésticos necesarios para un total confort. Dispone de un gran Jacuzzi dentro de la habitación principal. También chimenea de bioetanol en el salón.

El loft cuenta con una habitación de matrimonio con vestidor modo suite, con una ventana que llena de luz el espacio. Totalmente equipado y funcional. El salón comedor es muy amplio, cuenta con un sofá cama, tipo chaislelongue. Tiene un baño y una cocina, ambos totalmente equipados. Dispone de una habitación estudio y un cuarto de lavandería.

The patio of the Convent (Loft 6 people)

A unique loft of 95 m2 for 6 people with two bedrooms and a spacious living room with sofa bed and two bathrooms. It has a 20-century Roman wall in the hall. In the 16th century it was part of the convent that is still inhabited behind its walls. Enjoy its private Toledan courtyard. This luxurious loft was the old convent stables and it still has the same peace. Enjoy its beamed ceilings from 500 years to 5 meters high. It is located on Calle Plata 6.
