Amazing apartment fantastic views from the balcony. We enjoyed having a glass of wine when we got back after a great day in Madrid. Busses right outside the door were very convenient and easy to get around. Carlos was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. 5 stars all round! Particularly pleased with the location - on a side street right in the centre, so my 81 year-old mum could see all the attractions without too many steep climbs. PS: If youre driving, whether or not you have a lot of luggage, I strongly recommend Ismael's suggestion of leaving your car in the free car park over the river (Azarquiel car park), and getting a taxi to the property - a taxi will be with you in a few minutes and will cost €8-12 - rather than the stress of navigating the narrow streets of the centre with another car on your back and pedestrians in your way ... and still having to pay for a car park!

Adriana is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. The place is a little gem, cozy but also well equipped. The rooftop terrace is a little paradise, a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the great view from there, absolutely loved it. It is well worth going up the 4 floors. The location is also great in the old toen within a few minutes to stores, restaurants and the sights of beautiful Toledo. Highly recommend. Thank you Adriana!

A cozy and quiet apartment, good for stays in Madrid where you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the center

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. It is very clean and has all the necessary utensils for the stay. It is located in a quiet and easy to find area. Alberto has been attentive at all times and gave me very good recommendations. I recommend it 100%

We felt right at home, we had to leave the place we were in and Miguel streamlined the whole process to get into his home as soon as possible, he was very attentive and I was pending all the time. Also on the day of departure we could be until 6pm, it was quite a host. The apartment was very spacious, had all the details and everything was very clean. In a very quiet area and in a few kilometers from Madrid and Toledo. We will definitely do it again.

Minimum welcome despite respecting our 5 p.m. arrival schedule. A stressful hour waiting at the bottom of the building, the person delegated to hand over the keys could only arrive around 6 p.m. We had no contact during our stay with the host. Too bad because the apartment is nice and well designed for two people. Its location near the metro makes it easy to reach the various attractions of Madrid.

The house is great, clean and nice. We went to see Puy du Fou Park and we have no regrets for having caught it. Florian is a very nice guy!

We had an amazing weekend in this house. Everything was very clean, well cared for and as shown in the pictures. The area is quiet, ideal for disconnecting, and the house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very attentive and was quick to respond to any inquiries. Highly recommended accommodation for a gathering of family and friends with children, since it has a large garden plot with facilities and equipment for the children to have a great time.

The accommodation, the furnishings, the comfort and reliability offered by the facilities both inside the cuchibus and outside, excellent. The attention and importance to details defines the hosts. We'll be back for sure.

A huge, clean villa with total privacy and all possible amenities from air conditioning to a whirlpool in the pool. In addition to a barbecue, ideal for a large group like ours. Both Ruben, the host, and his mother were very kind and helpful at all times, clarifying all the doubts we had. We will definitely repeat next year. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was very nice, clean and with clear instructions. The only thing, unless I'm mistaken (I didn't read it) is that it had stairs to access the apartment and I was traveling with a person who had difficulty going up and down. But other than that, I recommend it 100%. Accessible to the center both by public transport and by taxi. It has been a great experience.

Ideal situation for a trip to the old city of Toledo, only 10 minutes walk to the Roman bridge. There are about 80 steps to descend or climb enroute. The patio is secluded and an ideal location for breakfast or evening meal.

The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!
