For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

We loved our stay at Tiziana's Airbnb and would have been great to stay an additional day. The home is well equipped and the host is very kind. The center of montefalco is quite close and the views from the terrace are lovely.

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

It was the 2nd time we stayed here and it was great again. Next year again:) The asparagus was very tasty! Thanks, and see you soon

Amazing and peaceful stay in the heart of Umbria!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

If you want to experience heaven on Earth, stay at this getaway in Spello. You will never open your doors onto a view like this anywhere else! The hot tub was a really nice bonus, and the house was very comfortable for our extended family. Barbara was so helpful, from planning our trip to answering questions during our stay as well as providing every amenity you could think of. We will always think fondly of our time here!

Beautiful, peaceful, quaint accommodations! Francesca was so friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The kids enjoyed the pool and toys in the playroom. Everything was wonderful. Wish we’d had more time there!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Really lovely hosts made to feel like family. Stunning view and lovely pool. Only downside was the walls are quite thin so you get a lot of noise from the flat next door.

All NEW furnishings felt as if I was the first to ever stay there. The renovations of the apartment were so nicely done. The 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms were all spotless. Their cleaning folks do an absolutely incredible job, there was not one spec of dust to be found ANYWHERE. Large showers. Fully equipped kitchen (minus microwave). Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are 3 separate balconies to enjoy the view from all angles. Best part of the place by far. Enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine at night (both kindly provided by host at check-in) while experiencing a panoramic view of both the sea and the mountains is really my picture perfect vacation getaway. I would 100% recommend and stay here again, this place is absolutely 5 stars!

Even before we left the UK Fabio had made contact and made sure that everything was in place for our visit. On arrival the house and the views are stunning. The house is very large and spacious. It is very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It has a very large garden with the most stunning views. The garden is also gated which gives reassurance and secure parking. The penthouse was an incredible experience. Stefano was a wonderful host from the second we booked his lovely home. He was attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. The house was extremely clean and in the best location! Seconds away from the beach and numerous restaurants, what more could you ask for?! He also booked us a wine tasting, if you have time I highly recommend checking it out! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an expert when it comes to Fano and the surrounding areas, he really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb. The reality of this accommodation far exceeded my expectations! The interior spaces are well-kept and impeccably clean, and there are all the necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and an excellent set of pots. Obviously, the highlight of the house is the sea-view hot tub, which allows you to relax while immersed in the hills of the area. Alessia was a very kind and helpful host, even offering us a plate of cherries freshly picked from their trees. Thanks again and see you soon!

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was very quick to respond to questions. He also offered us to borrow bikes so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would like to come back again.

Staying with Monica was like being at home, the care and warmth that is inside the apartment reflects the owner. Nothing was missing inside the house and we felt very welcome. A special thank you from Cristian and Martina

Lovely place in the countryside to visit all the attractions around it. A step away from the city after a busy day out......a tranquil retreat. Matteo and his lovely wife had provided a lovely welcoming bottle of wine for when we arrived. An extra bonus in our opinion would be a toaster and a kettle....(now remember we're from New Zealand.....lol😁)

Typical Italian house, modern and stylishly furnished, every detail has been thought out with the comfort of the guest in mind.. Picturesque location and good base to discover the beautiful places of Umbria. But what was very special was how warmly and sincerely hospitable our host Luca took care of us throughout the stay. Homemade cake (thanks to the mother-in-law) and delicious wine at the reception was an illustration of this. Good tips about the region and restaurants. In short, this cottage is highly recommended.
