The house is, without a shadow of a doubt, wonderful. Every room in the house is clean and there are all kinds of comforts. The exterior is also very well maintained and clean. The owner is kind and helpful for any kind of problem. I can only recommend this home for all those who want relaxation and privacy while still feeling at home.

A place we've never had: Great villa, nice pool, postcard view of the sea, a nice landlord and much more. Any time again and a great value for money. It's worth mentioning that there is only salt water, but you got used to it quickly. Thank you for these beautiful days, Vaggelis.

if you're looking for something that's a little outside of the big cities in Greece this is a place to check out. be careful of Google maps as some of the roads are not there that are listed in Google maps. the location in Villa are beautiful with the swimming pool in views. a nice Oasis. to make it even better we were greeted with fresh homemade Greek cookies.

We are a family of five with three sons (16, 18 and 21) and truly enjoyed staying in the house! There is plenty of space inside and the pool area is private and perfect for reading, playing and relaxing. You need a car, but there is a minimarket and a few cafes in the small town nearby. Old Nafplion is cosy but also somewhat touristed. There are several good options to explore (Epidaurus theatre, Nafplio castle, sandy beaches and a tough run to a small chapell just above the house). The house is therfore an oase to return to. Vicky and Dionysis are super kind and responsive hosts. Thank you so much both for your kindness and an amazing stay!

Xapa and her husband Zisis were perfect hosts! Ins welcomed us around a superb barbecue on the evening of our arrival with delicious traditional Greek dishes made by them, they do everything in their power to make your stay as pleasant as possible! In addition, the house and its grounds are perfectly maintained. We had the chance to meet their family who was just as warm, many attentions to the appointment. Argie’s place is a little heaven. The house is beautiful inside and out. Even nicer than shown on the pictures. Its tastefully designed and furnished, very very spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and it was more than enough space for us. The garden is large and the pool is brilliant. The host is extremely helpful and responsive- always got response within minutes. The experience was brilliant throughout and im sure we will be back in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Maria's place in Korfos. Maria and Thomas are wonderful hosts and very communicative. Bedrooms with AC and the beautiful pool made the heat bearable. It was unfortunate that we could not use the outdoor grill due to the risk of forest fires but the wonderful local restaurants made up for it. We would come back anytime!

The house was spacious - the highlight is the veranda with the swimming pool, it's an awesome place to hang out. Mark was a great host, very responsive and accomodating.

We spent a couple of days in Athas beautiful home in Peleponesse. The house is georgeous, the area i packed with mycenae sites and the beaches are well with in walking distance. Athas house is really beautiful with all amenities and the terrasse is shaded from noon and on wards.

Danai's place was perfect for a few days for 3 adults. We arrived early, but Vasillis was there in less than five munutes to let us in an show us around. The welcome gift of eggs from their hens, jams and oilves was a very nice touch. We later bought some of their produce, olive oil, pasta and oregano, and received another two little gifts. The whole house was spotlessly clean and the beds were big and very comfortable. We sat outside most of the time to eat and drink, enjoying the privacy of the well-kept terrace and garden area. There was a very extensive information folder, which we referred to quite a lot. It was only 1km walk into the village, where there are small shops and cafes, and a 10 minute drive into Nafplio. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend it. We were allowed to check-out a little later than 11:00.

We had a great time at Giannis's place, who was very welcoming and helpful. As mentioned in other reviews, the furniture is a bit dated, but we knew what to expect, and it didn't take anything away from the experience. Quiet location on a small local beach.

Everything perfect, we would come back anytime

Beautiful, small, simple apartment in a quiet location, with car parking spaces on the premises. Everything you need. Ideal for 2 persons. Beautiful terrace with a view of the countryside. If the other apartments are also occupied, however, you are already sitting a little close to the neighbors and do not have much privacy on the terrace. However, there are also other seating areas available outside, so you can sit a little further away. The beach with 2-3 taverns is only about 10 minutes' walk away. A bakery and small shop are also nearby. Otherwise, the village has little else to offer. Communication with Panos was always great! Always very quick reaction and helpful answers, even proactive information - perfect!

The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

We had an incredible stay at the Kiveri Gem House. Harry was a great host — responsive, helpful, accommodating. The photos don’t do the views justice: it is stunning. The private beach is such a wonderful resource to take advantage of. If I’m in Peloponnese again, I would definitely stay at Harry’s again!

We had an excellent stay here. Really easy to find where to pick up keys. Leonidas was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again, the outside area was amazing!

House and property were perfect. We had a large group with 10 adults and 2 kids(ages 2 and 6). We had room to spread out and recover from long plane ride. Loved the animals and property. It is a working orange grove. Swam and played tennis. Easy drive to Nafplio (10minutes). Easy drive to Mycenae. Little village is close and has well stocked mini mart. Caretaker was attentive. We spent three nights.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Greece. The owner was incredibly friendly and even welcomed us with thoughtful gifts. The villa was spotless, well-equipped – from spices in the kitchen to pool towels – and had a comfortable layout. The view from the villa and pool was absolutely breathtaking: panoramic sea views, bays, and yachts sailing by – like a dream! The sea is just a short walk away, and the private pool was perfect for relaxing. Everything was peaceful, cozy, and truly comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Highly recommended for a relaxing and beautiful holiday by the sea. We would love to come back!

Giorgios's house is peacefully set among orchards far away from the touristy, noisy town that Nafplion has become yet close enough to enjoy Nafplion's many shops and restaurants. Wonderful beaches are only a short drive away. Above all, Giorgios's communications were always immediate and helpful. For example, on our last night, as we drove into the driveway, our Avis rental car broke down. Unable to reach Avis by phone that night or the next morning, Giorgios arranged for a superb driver in a new Mercedes to pick us up and take us to Athens. Put another way, Giorgos was always available to help out. We were only two people, but the house easily can accommodate more in a beautifully landscaped lot with a wonderful swimming pool. Great stay!

My family and I had a beautiful 5 night stay. This is a very peaceful and serene place just as described, a little up the mountains from Nafplio. The home was spacious and very well furnished, everything was clean and modern. We loved the breakfast in the morning and just relaxing on the porch. Perfect spot with our two kids to retreat to after a day of sight seeing, they loved it there. If we ever make it to the Nafplio area again, we will be back.

The place exceeded our expectations. It was more beautiful than in the photos . Very clean and spacious we were a family of 5 with 3 teanagers . We drive throughout the Peloponnese region. Very relaxing and gorgeous view and close to amazing bakeries and restaurants and beach in town few minutes away . Close to Nafplio and Hydra island . Korina is superb . She is friendly and always available and helpful . We loved everything about the place . Will definitely come back again .

Me and 5 friends (3 couples) recently stayed at Katerina’s place for a week after a busy 2 weeks of travelling. We were looking for a place to relax and it was perfect. The property is stunning- a private sanctuary. There’s also lots to do and see very close by. Katerina and Dimitris were so lovely and welcoming. It was everything we hoped for and more.

Wow! The view from this villa did not disappoint. Stunning! Such beautiful outside spaces to enjoy it from too. We hardly needed to go anywhere else for our morning tea or a relaxed lunch or eve drinks. Sunrise to sunset, just fabulous! Oh & the villa was wonderful too! Very nicely finished, modern bathrooms, great a/c, pretty bedrooms with balconies or the downstairs terrace, all the facilities you could need. Well located for Epidavros with lots of different beaches, scuba diving, the ancient theatre, bars & restaurants, a night market. We had the best time as a family, loved everything!! Marianthi was great at answering our questions & advising us on local amenities & activities. Thank you! We would love to come back some day.
