A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Το Islet View είναι ένα μοντέρνο και άνετο διαμέρισμα με νότες καλοκαιριού .Αυτό που κάνει ξεχωριστό το διαμέρισμα ,είναι το μπαλκόνι του με απεριόριστη θέα στην θάλασσα και στο πανέμορφο νησάκι το γνωστό Κορωνήσι. Βρίσκεται μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα ποδια απο την παραλία , και λίγα λεπτά από το κέντρο του Τολού!

One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in, just perfect. Very well equipped apartment, just the right size to be cosy and have everything you need. The view out across the bay from the balcony is amazing. We came in December: empty beaches and archeological sites to ourselves. Most of the tourist oriented businesses in Tolo were closed, but the few restaurants that were open served excellent food. Great time to visit! George and Hara were very responsive despite the Christmas period. Had a brief power outage (caused by ourselves), George called me immediately and got us sorted within minutes.

Apia Villas - HERA - two bedrooms & private pool

We stayed in the newly built Hera villa in Tolo. We have been coming to Tolo for 25 years and finally there is somewhere to stay that is super luxurious. Incredibly tranquil and close enough to walk into Tolo. The walk back is up a steep hill but kept us fit. You get your own private pool with 2 good size bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. You also have a sofa bed in the lounge for extra sleeping space. The villa did not disappoint and the view of Tolo was amazing. The host was incredibly communicative and even came to find us after check out as we had left a few bits in the villa. The owner is lovely too and provided us with his own umbrella for shade. So nice of him and nothing was too much bother. Already booking our stay for next year x

Die Unterkunft war groß, geräumig, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt auch eine Sitzecke draußen. Es war zum Kochen und relaxen alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sogar ein Babybett wurde für uns aufgestellt. Die Gastgeber waren für uns da und bei Fragen und Problemen engagiert und hilfsbereit. Es gab Anregungen für Ausflüge und Empfehlungen für die Orientierung vor Ort. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Tolo und können die Wohnung von Penelope und Manolis empfehlen! Wie in der Beschreibung der Wohnung angekündigt, fällt vor Ort noch eine Steuer von 8€ pro Nacht an, welche man bar bezahlt.

Το δωμάτιο είναι απλό αλλά είναι ο,τι ακριβώς χρειαζόμασταν για 2 βραδιές που κλείσαμε τελευταία στιγμή. Η τιμή πολύ οικονομική για την περιοχή και σου δίνει την δυνατότητα πέρα από το να έχεις την παραλία στα πόδια σου, να επισκεφτείς και το Ναύπλιο πού είναι μόλις 20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Ο χώρος καθαρός και ήσυχος. Τέλος, η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, χαμογελαστή και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει και πάντα άμεση στην επικοινωνία.

Η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική, το δωμάτιο ήταν πανέμορφο και ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες. Εξαιρετική τοποθέτηση διότι ήταν δίπλα στα καταστήματα εστίασης. Και οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ευγενέστατοι και μας βοήθησαν σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.
