Very clean, secure and well-equipped apartment operated by very good people. For those who enjoy frequent walks, like me, the park next to the apartment is, in my experience, the best in La Plata. It’s big enough to do laps and there is lots of shade so that you walk during the day. I plan on staying here again.

A beautiful depto with the necessary amenities for both short and long stays. It has very close basic amenities and varied activities in the area. I stayed again at Roberto and Patricia's Airbnb, and the experience was as impeccable as the previous one. I chose his apartment because of how well I had done last year, and I was not wrong. The apartment was in perfect condition, with all the services working as described in the publication. You can see the attention to detail they have to put together the spaces, all impeccable. Communication was excellent from the start, and I felt very comfortable throughout the stay. The apartment area is excellent, very close to the Cathedral of La Plata and its surroundings. In addition, it is in an area with many bars and restaurants.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience staying in this apartment. The place was impeccable, well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Fair and necessary for two people. The location is ideal, close to the center, which made it very easy to get around the city. In addition, the host was very kind and attentive from the first moment, always available to answer any questions or recommendations. Everything was very nice. Fabrizio was always very kind and helped me to check in early. The only point to improve was the cleanliness. There was trash from others and some surfaces, such as the table and the counter, were sticky. Nothing too serious, but everything else was beautiful. A very comfortable place.

Marcela and Gabriel are fantastic people, the information about the apartment is accurate and the apartment is more beautiful in person. Everything impeccable and well thought out. Smart kitchen, with all necessary and clean material. The lighting is perfect. All my needs were met by Marcela and Gabriel. I thought I had forgotten an item after my check-out and was already in Brazil. I contacted them and they promptly went to the apartment and searched for the object. They couldn't find him and told me. I later discovered that the lost object was in another apartment on my way back to my city. But a million thanks for your interest in helping. I used the building's jacuzzi and it's relaxing after a day of walking. The reception staff are always helpful, careful about the building's security, and polite in their service to people. The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

It was winter and the central heating worked perfectly. They have everything you need to feel at home. Diego was attentive at all times and we lacked nothing. Highly recommended for spending several days, we will return every time we travel to Buenos Aires.
