The back pod

AmandaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Marie is an excellent host, the pod is fantastic and has everything you need and more, really well thought out. It’s in a beautiful location, Marie even leaves dog bags if you bring a dog. If you go over to the Isle of Harris i highly recommend staying at Marie’s. Thank you for a wonderful stay 👍

An absolutely perfect place to stay. Lovely to explore Lewis from, and very cosy to return home to. We would definitely return if the opportunity arose. We feel we really absorbed the unique atmosphere of the area.

'Lithir', Carloway Isle of Lewis.

JudeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Lithir was a fabulous base to explore Lewis and Harris. We felt like we were coming home after a day out. Lithir was very comfortable with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The local Community Coop had a friendly atmosphere and was well stocked. Communication with Kenny was helpful and easy, Mairi was so very helpful and kind. Thank you for all the special treats and making a week here so very memorable.

"Come By", 14 Kirivick, Carloway, Isle of Lewis

HeatherRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
‘Come by’ is a lovely homely, comfortable and welcoming cottage, with a beautiful enclosed garden. It is in an excellent location with amazing views from the house and garden. A great base to explore Lewis and Harris, but you can also access 2 stunning beaches within a 10 minute drive, a well stocked community shop just up the road and a lovely craft shop and garden called ‘the blue pug studio’ very nearby. Margaret is an excellent host, she has been helpful, friendly and accommodating every step of the way and always responds to messages very promptly. We had a fabulous stay at ‘Come by’ and would highly recommend it.

Kelp Cottage

ClairRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Beautiful annexe on a working croft, complete with chickens. Super new accommodation with a very well thought out design. Modern appliances with everything you’d need in the kitchen to make a full meal. Lovely walkable beaches. Enjoyed meeting hosts and their dog. We had our dog with us too which was great! Would happily stay again.

Restored croft cottage. 5 minutes from Reef Beach

JudyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great stay at the house with all the equipment and facilities anyone could need. The location was brilliant for us, and Richard's helpful tips and advice about local eateries, shops etc were very welcome. He had provided a delicious and very generous treat in the refrigerator on arrival, which not only did we really appreciate, but it meant we sought out the local products to take back as gifts! Many thanks Richard

Panoramic Sea Views - hot tub

LoganRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved staying at the Larch Shed! Hallin is a beautiful slice of Skye with much to do and is a little off the beaten path from the main tourist areas like Portree. Jane was very hospitable and friendly, and we enjoyed our conversations with her. The Shed itself was exactly as described and very peaceful with an absolutely stunning view of the bay to start and end your day with. Everything was well appointed and we enjoyed the rustic decor. Highly recommend the YurtTea down the road for small breakfast and coffee, as well as nearby Stein Inn for amazing dinner. We also enjoyed Old School Restaurant in Dunvegan for dinner. Would recommend stopping at the co op on Forest rd in Portree for cooking provisions on your way up. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our return!
