“Had a wonderful stay here! Very clean, perfect location in the centre and close to pretty much everything. Rebecca is a fantastic host, always replied really fast if I had any questions and was very kind to help me out. The studio is cozy, has everything you might need AND offers a gorgeous view over the river from the kitchen, what else could you want? Look no further, this place is perfect for a stay in Inverness! Also very close to public transit, and almost next door to a pub called The Waterfront, which I highly recommend as well. Thank you Rebecca for a great first stay while in Scotland!”
1 bedroom flat maintained to a high standard. Seconds from the river front. Cross the Greig Street Bridge to all amenities in city centre. Close to the Castle and the lovely Ness Islands. As well as other flats there are guest houses, takeaway, chemist, corner shop, and River House Restaurant. There is a local pub round the corner that also serves beautiful food. Tesco supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. There are a few steps up to the flat, wont be suitable if you have walking difficulties.
“This is our second time to this wonderful flat. Everything you need Is here as it is so well equipped. Angela is a fantastic host who is very attentive and makes sure your stay is an enjoyable one. We went to the Riverside just on the corner from the flat and I have to say it was the best food we have tasted in a long time. Well worth a visit. Will definitely be back. Thank you for having us.”
A hidden gem, bang smack in the middle of the capital city of the Highlands, Inverness. Wee Ness Cottage is so centrally situated that you can be beside the banks of the River Ness within 45 steps of the front door! Close by enjoy a great selection of smart restaurants, bistros and lively pubs. Stroll along the pretty banks of the river to the famous Ness Islands via a selection of suspension bridges taking you down peaceful pathways. It is hard to remember you are actually in a city!
“Pauline and Joep's place was lovely! Joep met us at the door for check-in (although you can check in independently as well) and gave us a tour of the property. He mentioned everything you'd need to know from the heating to their very cool electric shower and towel warmer. They have some great amenities such as tea and coffee to start you out with on your stay. They also have a washer in the home and then a dryer just a few steps away in a shed in the courtyard. The shed with the dryer was also super clean and had some extra clothes lines for hanging up delicates. Their home was super clean and had such cute images of hairy coos on the walls, which my friend and I personally loved. There are plenty of cozy blankets to use in the living room/bedroom. The TV situation was also great with cable options and an option to cast from your device to the TV. The location is fantastic - right next to the River Ness. It's close to all the city's restaurants and shops too. Just a two minute walk away is the local Tesco (so convenient) and their home is a ten minute walk away from the bus station/train station. Would highly reccomend their home for your stay in Inverness!”
