Holiday rentals with a patio in Tonawanda

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Camille House. It was very clean. The area was very quiet. It was perfect location, we were not in the main part of the city, but it was just minutes away from everything we wanted to do. If we come back to Niagara Falls, we will definitely stay there again.

The place was easy to access and perfect for the night we stayed. We had a bigger group and this was very accommodating.

I had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and all amenities were in good condition. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

The Air B&B was amazing, super clean and updated. Lots to do around town the town and will be booking it again next time we travel down to buffalo

The Airbnb was beautiful inside - extremely clean. We had everything we needed and the little balcony was a bonus as well.

Really cute little home. Slept on the sofa bed which was extremely comfortable. The tv has lots of streaming platforms and the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with necessities. There was also a dollar store and a shoppers down the street which was great for some late night snacks. Highly recommend TJ's place, we had a great stay!

This place was exactly what we needed for our stay. Great distance to Niagara Falls State Park and close to several restaurants in Buffalo. The neighborhood is quiet and we’ve stayed here before and loved it since the first time! Jaclyn is very responsive and helpful. All essentials were available and Jaclyn was very flexible when it came to checking in early. We loved the coffee bar!

We were visiting Buffalo for Christmas and were very happy with Joe’s place. His descriptions of the house and neighborhood were perfect. We took walks everyday with our dog and were conveniently located to everything. The house is lovely, perfect for a family of four and a dog. We had everything we needed to make some dishes for our holiday meals. Joe is a great host. I appreciated his quick responses and welcoming emails. He made great suggestions and even let us check in early which is always nice. We highly recommend!

I had a great stay here! The host was incredibly communicative and upfront from the beginning, especially about the ongoing construction nearby—which really wasn’t bothersome at all. The space itself is clean, stylish, and well located. The only thing that kept it from being a perfect stay was the lack of essentials toiletries like shampoo conditioner which would have made the visit a bit more convenient. But aside from that, everything else was great and well thought out. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Hands down one of the best airbnb experiences. I wish we could have just moved in for good! Everything was spotlessly clean and absolutely pleasant. Typically i find lot airbnbs can be neat and tidy but often not perfectly clean (e.g. dusty or dirty dinnerware / cups) but not Nicole's place. It was also great to have a list of everything she already had (like salt & pepper, oil) so we knew how much to bring. Bonus was having a LOT of stuff to do in the yard. We spent most of the evening outside playing games!

This is a terrific Airbnb situated minutes away from all the touristy destinations near Niagara Falls. Super clean and comfy — highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were able to pretty easily make it suitable for our 1 and 4 year old. The distinct spaces made it easy for everyone in our party to have their own private space. we enjoyed being walkable to a couple of nice restaurants and stores. Lauren was always super responsive and kind in our interactions. she proactively came up with a sleeping area for our kids, which I really appreciated!

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. We had a wonderful stay at Silver Suites Premium Family in Niagara Falls, located at 4129 Acheson Avenue. From the moment we booked, the hosts John and Nomi were incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole process smooth and reassuring. Check-in was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed into a spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained home. The space was exactly as described—modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to suit families of all ages. We were a group of two seniors, two young adults, and a toddler, and the house was perfect for everyone’s comfort and convenience. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the falls and close to all essential amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. I don’t know where to start about Chris. I wish everybody that owned an Airbnb was as great as him. I really appreciate everything he did. I recommend anybody to use this location when you’re staying in Buffalo.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.

Came to Buffalo to for a graduation weekend and this spot checked off everything my family and I needed for our stay. The place was spacious and the living room was my fav spot to stay in given the terrace which we had its doors open to let in the fresh air. Jessica and Sean were very responsive and attending to our needs whenever we reached out and were very welcoming. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet; on a walk I saw kids selling lemonade so that was refreshing, literally cuz it was hot out.
