A small well-appointed cottage with the most amazing view of the Wadden Sea. Enjoy the tranquility of our bright and cozy summerhouse. It is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities to have a relaxing holiday. Stay in the middle of the Wadden Sea Nature Park and enjoy nature with amazing sunsets, bird draws and views of sheep on the dikes. The cottage is close to beautiful old villages, such as Højer and Tønder, where you can experience country idyll, South Jutland coffee table, crafts, visit mills and much more.

House by the stream / Fishing allowed

This is my primary home that I rent out when I'm on vacation and education. The house is idyllic with Gelså running in the garden. Possibility to fish from the garden, from where salmon, pike, creek trout, etc. Just bring your own fishing equipment. Large terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture. 10 minutes on foot from the house is both Hjartbro- and Bevtoft plantation, so there are good opportunities for wonderful walks in the woods. Short drive to several major cities like Haderslev, Aabenraa and Ribe.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is approximately 100 m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with sleeping space for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. In one room, there is a 3/4 bed, another with 2 single beds and a work room with 1 single bed.

The house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 children. Located in the middle of the "Wadden Sea National Park". The cycle path "Vestkystruten" goes right past the house. The nature and hiking trail "The tracks in Ballum" is also here The house is continuously restored, approx. 125 m2 on two levels. There is only 190 cm ceiling height up to the exposed beams From the house there is only about 500 m down to the sea, - the road is paved, so everyone can get there.
