The Minakami area is known as the closest outdoor paradise to Tokyo.From spring to fall, you can enjoy activities on the Tone River, such as rafting and canoeing, while in winter, the area is blanketed in high-quality powder snow, and there are several ski resorts nearby for both beginners and advanced skiers.
