Villa holiday rentals in Tone River

I was allowed to spend very comfortably.I stayed with my 8-month-old baby, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience.Also, the host was very helpful in answering questions.I would like to stay there again.

The place is a bit smaller than we initially thought from the photos, but we all still had a great time overall. It didnt feel overly crowded even with 9 people, since we were out and about all the time. The only real issue was the dryer not drying our clothes very well, but run it enough times and youll get there. Overall solid place 👍🏻👍🏻

We had everything we needed for our daily lives, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much for being flexible with our consultation about changing the check-in time. I was also happy to be able to purchase drinks by putting money in the offering box.I would definitely like to use it again.

The neighborhood was lovely and had a lot of local restaurants and bakeries to try. Commuting was easy and accessable, being located minutes from a train station that connects to the main railway systems. Our host was responsive and helpful with our check in process and ample amenities were provided for our stay. An excellent experience.

We were very impressed with how clean the house was. We stayed with a family of 5 and found that there was more than enough space. The location is close to the station which made it easy to travel from and to the airport as well as anywhere we wanted to visit. The best thing about our stay was how helpful the host was. They were very responsive and answered any questions we had as this was our first time visiting Japan. 100% recommend and we would definitely rebook if we were to visit again.

Our stay was for 2 adults and 1 young child under 3. It ticked all the boxes of what we needed and we would definitely consider another stay. Thankyou to the host. A slightly older house, but not old-old. Well maintained with some modern updates. No issues with anything broken or in disrepair. On a narrow, quiet street with virtually zero cars and only light pedestrian traffic. A neighbouring building next door and one behind appear empty and abandoned, so it was overall very very quiet and peaceful, which we really liked. The two double beds were VERY comfortable. 10 out 10. The single bed however was too firm and felt more like padding than bedding. Very short walk to Mejiro station which is conveniently on the JR Yamanote loop. Ikebukuro is a very nice 15-20 walk through some beautifully green, windy local streets. Local highlights within 5-10 Min walking distance: The takeaway sushi shop recommended by the host The Hokkaido bakery shop Gusto family restaurant

Takahiro San was very kind and respectful. He tried to help us and our babies as much as he could, I really felt I was staying at some spa or hotel, but much more friendly! I definitely recommend this place if you want to enjoy peace in a very beautiful house outside Tokyo. I really needed to rest and I did it, and feel happy of coming back to Tokyo facing the very urban life again.

Location was great! House was clean and comfortable for two families.

Charming house very close to a train station, making it easy to tour Tokyo. It's a great value for larger families. Our host was very courteous and responsive. The house included a notebook with a guide on how to use most appliances and directions to local shops and restaurants. Pros: Spacious, very clean, quiet neighborhood, close to a train station, close to shops and restaurants, accommodates larger groups. Cons: The privacy screens between rooms don't block a lot of sound. Some bedrooms have very little storage space for luggage. Notes: The dryer is a hanging rod over the hot tub (bathtub) with a fan that blows hot air over clothes. It works but takes longer than a dedicated appliance. It can be tricky to shower without splashing water on drying clothes. Wet clothes can also be hung outside to dry. The sleeping mattresses are very firm, which appears to be the standard in Japan.

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location! The apartment was exactly as pictured—clean, well-kept, and super comfortable. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Each bedroom had its own air conditioning unit, which made a big difference during the warmer days. Best of all, the location couldn’t be more convenient—just steps from Higashi-Shinjuku Station, making it easy to explore all of Tokyo. This was the perfect home base for an unforgettable trip to an incredible city. Highly recommend!

A group of 6 of us stayed for 5 nights. 4 adults and two small children. The Airbnb is spacious, immaculately clean and has lot of amenities supplied. The stairs were no issue at all, even for the children. Easy. Having two bathrooms and three toilets was great for our large group. The mattresses were so comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with cutlery, crockery and basic things like coffee etc. This was very much appreciated. 10 mins walking distance from two stations. And less than 15 mins walk to another station that goes to Tokyo station without needing to change lines. Super convenient. The Airbnb is in a peaceful residential area. There’s a street with conveniences stores and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. We felt very at home at loved this place. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay again

If you have the opportunity to rent this house, do it! Amazing location, spacious accommodations, and wonderful host.

There are many things to play with, such as sauna, billiards, BBQ, etc., and the room is beautiful, so I am very satisfied!

Both the host and the person in charge were polite in explaining and accommodating, and it was a very pleasant stay.We also rented the accommodation for a large group, so we used the main house and the distance, and we had a spacious stay.Thank you very much. The BBQ was also easy to use, and I was surprised that there was a pot in the facilities!We couldn't do it ourselves, but there is an unattended firewood sale nearby, and it seems like you can get there ^ ^

Very clean and thoughtful stay at this Villa. The hosts were superb and the space had every amenity you could need. The laundromat is steps away and very easy to use. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Incredible stay! House was sparkling clean, modern, well equipped and spacious for our group. We spent alot of time in the backyard pool with the kids. Highly recommend!

The sauna and pool were great. I received a new onion, cooked it, and ate it.It was delicious. No complaints!

Miko was a very friendly and helpful host and we really enjoyed our stay. We visited with kids and they loved playing in the pool. The BBQ is a great feature and everything is provided for you to cook up an awesome evening meal after stopping by the local supermarket. We will visit again!

It was a small house, Everything you need is there, and the garden There are so many flowers blooming, it's lovely We had a comfortable two days. The owner was flexible with check-in and check-out Thank you again for everything. Next, I would like to stay for a long time.
