Spent a week at Tal’s villa and it was spot-on. You’re about 10 steps from the sand, yet trees out front keep things private. House is freshly done, super clean, comfy beds and soft linen—no worn-out stuff here. Kitchen has everything: sharp knives, big fridge, proper espresso machine. We cooked most nights. Biggest win for me was the 1 Gbps fibre. There’s a real work desk with a monitor and an Ethernet cable—Zoom was rock-solid while the kids streamed Netflix. Pool is perfect for cooling off and watching the sunset. Five-minute scooter ride to Thong Sala for food runs. Tal answered every question in minutes and helped arrange scooter rental. All in, great value for a quiet beachfront stay. Would book again without thinking twice.

A little spot on paradise, where we enjoyed every moment. The villa and pool are beautiful and well kept, and located east walking distance from the beach, some good beach restaurants and about 10 mins in a taxi from Thong Sala. Loved our stay and would def return. .

I enjoyed my stay. The host is very responsive and the Apartment is located roughly a 2-5 min. Walk from the pier where most speed boats and ferries are docking to the island.

We had a wonderful time at JR's beautiful villa. The pool was lovely to cool off in after a beach day or in the evening. Nice bathroom, nice mattresses and enough hangers for your clothes. JR himself was very helpful and always responded to the many questions I had (sorry JR🌺). He also gave great tips for where we could spend the last hours before the flight back to Bangkok. Early and late check in was not a problem, he really thought along and where possible he will accommodate you. That was very nice! The only downside I can think of is that the air conditioners are not completely optimal for the space. The sun is on the villa all day, which is of course lovely, but the air conditioners could not cool the space enough. But that was not to spoil the fun, we enjoyed every moment! Thank you so much for your hospitality JR ☺️

I have been traveling to Thailand and South east Asia every year for the past 20 years and I can honestly say, this Airbnb, and location for me is one of the best I have experienced. The villa is perfectly situated away from other villas, it’s very peaceful and quiet, I would recommend a bike to get to and from the villa due to its secluded location. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the pools are perfect for an afternoon cool off from the sun. The kitchen has everything you need to be self sufficient, I would ride to the local food markets daily, buy fresh fish, vegetables and cook my days meals in the villa, I didn’t once eat out as there was really no need too. Vincent was a superb villa manager, very responsive, he organised our taxi to and from the port, and motor bike. The villa is open plan to the beautiful nature so be aware at night you’ll be joined by insects and lizards in the main living area which I found wonderful. I will be back time and time again ❤️

We had a very nice stay. The place was very nice. When we arrived, the aircon doesnt work. But we text fahand two hours later the aircon worked again. She also helped us to rent scooter. They bring them directly to the place. Was a very good service. Thank you fah for your help and great hospitality.

Alex was BEYOND helpful and accommodating from well before I arrived to when I left. He went out of his way to help me and I am really grateful for that. The location of the place was so peaceful in the forest, but also not too far away for shops etc. it was such a beautiful place to stay in, I wish I didn’t have to leave!
