Perfect for longer stays for 1 person. 2 persons stayings only till 2 weeks. Owner Mirjam lives next door. Close to parks, supermarkets, restaurants, ASML, High Tech Campus, easy and close busconnection. registration at the city hall is now obligated for longer stays. at the end i need a copy of deregistration.

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
