Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

We had a really lovely few days here. The space is homely and well-equipped. The grounds are beautiful, and my children loved the ponies, the swimming pool and the trampoline. William was a very warm and helpful host. We ate in his brother’s restaurant down the road - Lotte and Liette - which was delicious, and we bought home-made bread from his sister-in-law which was also delicious!

Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

An absolutely stunning Airbnb, Debbie & Mike were amazing hosts! we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t make use of the lovely pool and outdoor dining area. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you!

Quiet and peaceful location with all the necessary equipment. The apartment is tastefully renovated. A small terrace to enjoy the outdoors... given the weather I could not enjoy the pool but it will be for the next time. I will come back with great pleasure.

We spent a short stay at Blandine's, who welcomed us to her home. The house is spacious, the decor is neat, and the patio is very pleasant. Blandine was accommodating for our arrival time and we appreciated her delicate attention to our arrival (water bottles, small shortbreads). Thank you Blandine, this stay was too short...

Very good welcome from David, warm welcome. Impeccable accommodation, as described, very accessible for people with reduced mobility. Quiet, peaceful. Very good restaurants not too far away. Address worth recommending!

Séverine has created a lovely gîte with great character, style and comfort. We stayed for two weeks and had everything we needed to feel at home. The gîte has a private back garden with table and chairs and a large area of parkland in front. It's in a peaceful location in the countryside but St Savinien is only a 10 min walk away and is one of the prettiest towns in the region. Lovely area for walking and cycling . Séverine and her husband Jean-Marc were great hosts.

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, very functional, complete equipment. Large public parking right next to the apartment. I highly recommend it.

The studio was very beautiful (very beautiful materials), very functional and well thought out (removable wardrobe bed), cozy and comfortable, very well equipped with great attention to detail! Everything we were looking for for our two-day stopover. We enjoyed the exchanges on site with Manon who is very attentive and welcoming While roaming around on the Vélodyssée, we also appreciated being able to safely store the bikes inside! Finally, the access to the outside shared in several spaces is a very big advantage, especially during the very sunny days we enjoyed (breakfast, meals, laundry to dry, etc.).

Host Lydie is very professional and kind, gives all the necessary information so that you don't need to search. Accommodation is perfect and spacious. Very quiet, ideal for visits to the seaside, Fouras, Oleron Island, Rochefort, La Rochelle and Ile de Ré...! We spent 4 nights and were very happy with the accommodation. Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

We had a great stay at Gérard and Véronique's, who are very friendly hosts and always smiling and dynamic. The hosting was very warm . The cottage is very clean and very functional . Everything is well thought out. Quality linen. Very comfortable bedding. The terrace near the kitchen is also very nice, well-equipped for outdoor meals and relaxing on sunny days. The calm of this place filled us. We sincerely thank Gérard and Véronique for their kind little touches: walnut wine and homemade jam, as well as some cakes from the region. Thank you also for the little demonstration of "tap dancing". We highly recommend this rental, which is very well located in a very beautiful region. We'll be happy to go back.

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

Nadine is a very nice, unobtrusive hostess. We were very satisfied with their house, adjacent to a small garden with terrace, on the other side of the house a green courtyard with a shady tree, suitable both as a parking space for the car and as a lounge area. St. Pierre with its beautiful market hall was very pleasant in the preseason, for strolling and shopping as well as with good gastronomy. We would love to come back and recommend the house!

The accommodation was perfectly in line with the description: clean, well located and very pleasant to live in. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Small downside: the mandatory cleaning fee, even if I understand its necessity, it's still a bit of a shame not to have the choice. It's still a very good experience that I recommend without hesitation.

Pleasant accommodation with its veranda, the description of the accommodation is true to reality. Extremely well-equipped, just to let you know,the 3rd bedroom is an office with a sofa bed. We recommend this accommodation.
