NEST Kringlevann - Unique cabin in peaceful surroundings

This unique, round cabin with arched windows has finally opened in Norway! This is the first of its kind in the Nordic countries. It has only been found in France and the Alps until now. And it is peacefully located only 10 meters from an idyllic pond in Tønsberg. A private bathing jetty only 10 meters from the bed and terrace with jacuzzi that can be enjoyed all year round! Almost half of the cabin can be opened so you get nature all the way in, but just as spectacularly the view comes through windows from floor to ceiling seen from the bed.

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy on the outskirts of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with approx. 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several beaches, a football pitch and a beautiful coastal path. The nearest beach about 500 meters from the house has a jetty, beach, playground and volleyball court. Here you can also find Ole3, a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bicycles on the boat. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg Brygge by car.

New: We have a nice cat and offer a discount for cat sitting. Great location 200 m from one of the nicest beaches in Eastern Norway. Counter-current pool buried in a spacious plot. Large TV with all channels in a cozy living room on the 1st floor. Panoramic views from large parts of the house incl. the bathtub and the "systua" on the 2nd floor. Small soccer field. 3 bedrooms of which 2 have bunk beds with double bed in the lower bunk. The sofas in the living room can be combined into a double bed. Modern kitchen with "all" equipment.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. While it is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is also in close proximity to the forest, shops, the sea and buses. Playground as the closest neighbor. Large garden and nice terrace. A house cat lives here. It's nice if she doesn't have to move even if you come. She has a cat flap and can take care of herself. Let us know if you don't want the cat, and we'll find a solution. The house was built in 1950 and the standard is simple but comfortable. Maintenance is ongoing.
