You hear the sound of both cows and chickens in the distance, and the wind that whistles in the pine trees. Rustic charm, either 200 meters to row, or about 500 meters to walk from parking. Here you can find tranquility. You live alone in the annex, and the outdoor area is fenced. Animals are welcome!

Bring your family or friends to this spacious apartment with a great location in the basement of our house. Here there is a swimming area right on the downside and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal trail. Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a chaise longue (suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and are sunny.

Partially newly renovated cabin for rent between Filtvet and Tofte, short distance to the lake with parking space for two cars on the plot. Short walk to nice beaches and cliffs, and there are great opportunities for great trips along the coastal path or in nice hiking terrain. The cabin has several large terraces in different levels with barbecue and outdoor kitchen where you can make dinner while enjoying the view.

Annex - Skipperstua

We rent out an annex/skipper's room that is located as a side building to the main house. Separate with private entrance and patio. Good standard with kitchen, bathroom, vestibule, living room and sleeping loft. Direct exit to sunny patio/garden with seating area, sunbeds and gas grill. Quiet and peaceful villa area with 300 m to the lake with great swimming areas, marina and the beautiful archipelago in Færder National Park. Possibility of agreement on rental of guest pass in local boat association.
