Great place, loved the stay!

This place was perfect for a weekend in Fayetteville! The apartment was not even 5 minutes walking distance from dickson st., the perfect location! This will be my new go to place when I come to Fayetteville!

Nice stay Huge fenced back yard and nice clean place

We enjoyed our stay. From the “lakeside view” description we thought we would be able to see the water, but instead it was a pretty view of green trees behind their house. Other than that everything was great. The hot tub was a nice perk.

This is my second time staying here. It’s perfect. Quiet, clean and near anything you may want/need. Nadine & Byron are great hosts. Responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommendation. Will stay again if I can get it!

We loved the place: its comfortable and elegant design and its location, so harmonious with the neighborhood and the life of the town, were perfect. The place had resources (like a bike locker, two large tv's, and a well-equipped kitchen) that we did not make use of but which we hope to use sometime on a return visit. The chairs in the bedroom were especially comfortable.

We spent a long weekend at Christy's place, and it was amazing. She has checked all of the boxes, and her lovely place is truly a home away from home. We spent many hours on the private back patio enjoying a beautiful forest view. Saw a couple of deer, and heard the calls of a pair of barred owls. There is also a nice big propane grill, and we used it every night. The kitchen is bright and spacious, and has all of the amenities necessary to prepare your meals. All of the rooms are well lit, and very comfortable. The king size bed is a nice plus. We looked forward to come back home after long days exploring the NW Arkansas area. We also took a half hour drive down to Prairie Grove and Lincoln for some antiquing. Christy has thought of everything, and her lovely home has so many nice touches. She also left us a wide assortment of snacks, and we really appreciated that. Christy is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Her place truly is a gem. Russell & Karen - St. Louis

The home was perfect for us, there were 4 of us working at Fastlanes installing a new Laser Tag Arena. It was nice to come 'home' to a pleasant house with ALL the amenities you could need. The mattresses are memory foam, something none of us had slept on previously. Slept well though. Host communication was excellent. We would definitely book this home again.

It was a really good experience, we stayed the weekend and it was so nice. The place smelled really good everything was clean and we enjoyed and loved the time spent there. The host was always really responsive when there was questions and it was just wonderful. Thank you.

The Airbnb hosted by Rex exceeded our expectations. The property is well laid out, spacious and comfortable. It was a great location for us as family is close by. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to Shaw Park. We had severe storms during our stay and Rex was very communicative during that period and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend this property and host.

Unique and well appointed home that drips with style and comfort!!

The house was in a great location and host was very responsive with clear instructions. The property was very clean and contained everything we needed. Both bathrooms had great water pressure and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was great with every amenity you would need. Living room was large with plenty of comfortable seating and large TV. I was stunned at how clean the house was kept. Will be back in August and already booked again.

The Gypsy Rose was a phenomenal place to stay! It was our first time in Eureka Springs, and this was the perfect little getaway. Chris and Nicole’s place was in a very walkable location, which made it super easy to do whatever we wanted to do without worrying about parking. The space was clean and had all the extra little things you may need. Nicole was a very responsive host, and was extremely helpful. I would 100% stay again or recommend to any friends or family.

Aspen and her team were super helpful. The condo was super nice and clean - my wife and I enjoyed our time. While it’s shared with other units around, it still felt private and secluded. Such a cool building to stay in with really cool history. Would definitely recommend!
