Backing onto the National Trust Ashridge Forest, this is perfect for outdoor lovers but equally suitable for a romantic night in. 1.5 miles down the road, the popular market town of Berkhamsted is offering atmospheric pubs and bars for a special treat out. The cabin offers comfortable, spacious living with King size bed.

The Barn

A unique and tranquil country escape an hour's drive from London. Relax and unwind, gather with friends and family or explore the endless country walks and roman road on our doorstep. The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. Located in the village of Datchworth, near to Knebworth and Stevenage. 2 1/2 miles to main line Station, to Kings Cross or the North.

Our comfortable annex has generous parking, a large double bedroom, and a good sofa bed in the funky living/dining room. We are surrounded by lovely Hertfordshire countryside with access to our huge garden with its park like setting and rural views. Easy access onto A10 at Standon, walking distance to Standon Calling, 4.5 miles to Ware and trains to London. 30 mins to Stansted. 40 mins drive to Cambridge. Good place for cycling and walks
