HALF of THE HOUSE it is private, locked off it is like flats, I am in the other flat/side of house 2nd bedroom - 1D and 1S, 1 trundle, 1 KS. The listing writes 9 beds but only 6 can sleep Entire house means I do not stay in your half Suburbia behind, rural view front yard. Right side of shed and front yard is yours. Cat is there she comes with booking as does 1970 swings that are now locked You have seen swings on photos so it is your risk on booking. Please read information under photos.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. This is not a large space but has most things you need when traveling.
