This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The entire upper floor of an almost 100-year-old house: three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lockable, space for 5. I live downstairs with my children. We completely renovated the kitchen — induction, dishwasher, a proper work surface. The windows, on the other hand, are simple standard, and the floorboards creak because they are as old as the house. That's why the walls are thick... Potsdam can be reached by train in 7 minutes, Berlin in 30. Lake Plessow is just down the road.

Here you will find the old town with former fishermen's houses, pretty alleys, churches, a historic mill and small shops. Everything is surrounded by greenery and water. Near the apartment there is a bakery, restaurants, cafes and a boat and bicycle rental. From Werder you can reach Potsdam and Berlin by train and car in less than 30 minutes.
