Townhouse holiday rentals in Topsail Beach

We loved the airbnb and the location. We had some struggles with the Wi-fi but Kayce took care of the problem which was great because we had a lot of rain. We ended up only using 2 out of 3 bedrooms but if we need a 3 bedroom next visit we would definitely stay here again. Oh, and loved the big comfy couch!!

David and Kris were terrific hosts! They went out of their way to keep us informed of fun events happening around the island, which we greatly appreciated as it was our first time to BHI. The unit is just as pictured and beautifully renovated. Kitchen is expertly organized and has full array of cookware. The location is central on the island, making it a quick ride to the market, beach, club, etc. The surrounding live oaks and foliage are beautiful. I would definitely recommend! We will be back.

Rob's place is the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation! The view from the master bedroom's upstairs deck is wonderful. Leave the door open at night and be lulled to sleep with the calming sounds of waves. The sunrises are spectacular! The beach is not crowded and there is plenty of space for all your beach gear, tents, chairs, etc. Rob's Ocean Breeze (ocean front) townhouse is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The place is very clean and decorated in a coastal theme. He provides all the amenities you need to enjoy your beach getaway. The private beach access is literally steps away from the back deck. It's about 50 yards from the townhouse to the ocean. The Kure Beach Fishing Pier is just a 1/2 mile walk from Rob's place. Once you've arrived at the pier, you can browse through the pier's gift shop before heading out to the town of Kure Beach where you can eat at one of the town's local restaurants. The vibe at Kure Beach is fun and festive!

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

Robyn’s place was everything we asked for and needed for our yearly family vacation to Kure beach. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Being steps away from the ocean made this stay so special. The balcony upstairs was a wonderful bonus for early morning coffee and watching sunsets. Thanks again Robyn for sharing your place with us.

This was our 2nd family vacation on Carolina Beach. Our family rented 2 places close to each other. This rental was very clean and nicely decorated. It was comfortable for 7 adults and 2 dogs. We hosted dinners for 20 easily. The elevator was nice for loading/unloading the cars. Had 1 issue with the front door lock, which Connie & Joe fixed the next day.

5 Star stay for long weekend. Pictures display a truly classy comfy townhouse that smells lovely and has everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious and linens are very comfortable. Perfect home with perfect location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Easy and clear instructions for check in and check out. Thank you John and Katie for our enjoyable experience. Looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.

We love staying here. It was our first time Emerald Island and will definitely go back and love to stay at Jessica‘s house. She was very responsive and helpful and the house that everything we needed.

April’s home was well stocked with everything and then some that you would need on vacation. It was beautiful and matched the photos provided in the Airbnb ad. The scooters were fun and she gave great suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Check-in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely stay at her place again.

We felt lucky to find this beautiful townhouse on Wrightsville Beach and it was still better than expected! A perfect 3 bedroom setup and amazing ocean views! It’s definitely one we’ll be returning to!

The place was very peaceful and quiet and exceptionally clean. A nice touch was the assortment of snacks in the kitchen. Also the A/C was FABULOUS!!!😊

The house was perfect for our stay. We were right on the beach which was so nice with grandkids. The house had tons of games to play which was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked and all the beds were comfy. The house was very clean which is really appreciated. We had a great stay, thank you!

This was a great place for a young family. Very walkable to the beach (5 minutes) and loved their outdoor shower with hot water and their stash of beach chairs, toys, etc. Very clean and only wish the living and eating areas were a tad bigger. Tips for future guests: 1- Daybreak Donuts is a must- we ended up going every day and it’s less than half a mile away! 2- Parking at beach access is highly enforced. We got a ticket within ten minutes as we were unloading gear so keep someone with the car if you plan on unloading and walking back like we did. 3- Keep the master bedroom door open or else it gets pretty hot. Overall great experience and would gladly stay again!

We had an amazing weekend at Jonathan’s townhouse. He was one of the best hosts we’ve had and the description was 100% accurate. Only complaint is the beach erosion on that part of the island created a steep drop off which was challenging for our family with 3 children. Will definitely be back ! Thanks again!

Neely, host, was great. Communication was great, responsive time was great, and check-in instructions were well written and easily understood. The home was beautiful and the neighbor was very quiet. It was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen had everything you'd need to make dinner and more. The home was well equipped with outdoor toys, board games, linen, stools etc. Everything about the place was great. We loved it!

Andrea’s place was perfect for our girls trip! So close to the beach (with private access) and about a 15-minute walk from dining and the pier. We loved being able to use the beach chairs, and the decks off the house were great for lounging. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, and we appreciated Andrea providing trash bags, soap, etc. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay here! The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. It’s a great location in Carolina Beach- just a short walk to the beach via the public access walkway. The kitchen was very well- appointed. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals! The only hiccup was the hot tub- it required cleaning before using. But as soon as we notified the owners, they scheduled the cleaning for the next morning and all was good. Pool and hot tub were great!

Beautiful townhome with everything you’d need for a short visit or transitioning if you’re military. Very close to North Topsail Beach and Surf City. Very welcoming home with plenty of space for your pets and other family members! We would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful home. Great location. Kids loved the arcade and how easy it was to access the beach. Adults loved the roof top deck. Elevator was a god-send! The vacuum was helpful to keep the sand at bay. We also loved all the amenities in the kitchen. We cooked a lot of meals at the house and it was useful to have so many items already there.

This was our second time staying at this place. We traveled across the country from Texas and it was just as great as last time! Would recommend for anyone wanting a beach getaway!

The view is impeccable, the house is spacious as well as spotless, the atmosphere is serene. My mother and I wanted a quiet getaway, and we got exactly that. On an interesting note, there is some occasional noise of a very particular type. Camp Lejeune is right across the bay so you may hear some distant artillery testing and fly-bys of military helicopters. The sounds from these were infrequent and non intrusive, being pretty distant. I found it intriguing and even entertaining. My mother and I brought our own cooking ingredients and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen supplies such as pots and various cooking utensils. We never wanted for anything. My mother would sit by the window to enjoy the view while doing her embroidery. I used one of the kayaks twice, and appreciated the supplied life jackets. I thoroughly enjoyed the calm waters. My favorite thing to do during my stay was to sit by the water watching the birds catching fish and reading books. We hope to come again!

Our stay here was wonderful! The house was well laid out, and really fit our needs well. We had 9 people in our group but needed a lot of separate sleeping space. It worked great. The views from the balcony were amazing, the walk to the beach easy, the kitchen well stocked, and parking appropriate. We will be back!
