Integrated kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots and all basic kitchen utensils. The price for up to 4 people is the same. From the 5th person, there is an additional charge per person. Pets are welcome, please indicate in your reservation (Pet fee).

Super nice beach, good for snorkeling, standing paddle, sailing and relaxing. Condominio Morada das Garoupas is a community with 2 gates, 24 hours a day, 7 days by week. One gate close to the main road and another one on the beach street side. Aprox. 3 hours by car from São Paulo City Brazil. High Speed Internet Starlink Satellites.

Our house is very close to the places where weddings and parties take place: Barracuda beach bar - 4-min walk Casa 28 - 8-minute walk Casa HAU - 4-min walk Dom Laurindo - 3-min walk The beach has restaurants and a minimarket.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
