We are a condominium of only three independent and unassailable houses surrounded by lots of vegetation and a wonderful ocean view. An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
