Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Toquerville

This is an excellent property close to Zion National Park. We would certainly stay here again.

Great Location ! Close to Zion and Shops, Restaurants and Grocery Stores! Great backyard with projector to watch movies as you unwind after a day of hiking ! Fully stocked kitchen ! Plenty of towels! Everything super clean and modern. We really enjoyed our time there! Thank you for hosting us!

Stayed here on our honeymoon. Had a Great time at Brian’s Home. Our favorite place was the in home theater. Brian was responsive and attentive to our needs.

Richard’s “Oasis in the desert”. Is very beautiful inside and out. The house is very tastefully decorated and furnished. Sparkling clean and comfortable. The backyard is very large, beautifully landscaped - like having your own private park to completely relax in as well as enjoy the awesome red mountain backdrop. And Richard really is a super host! Very responsive and enjoyable to interact with. This was a return visit for us with more future returns whenever we have a chance to come back to the awesome St George area! We really can’t say enough nice things about our experiences regarding this home and the host.

This is our second time back and it won’t be our last! Private lil pool weekend escape. Just what needed!

We arrived and found the home clean and nice..and cold! AC works well! Most of the house is updated. The upstairs full bathroom needs to be updated but in working condition! The back porch needs a decent amount of cosmetic love...so we didnt do much there...it was kinda sketchy actually, but functional. The orchard-- from the description seemed bigger in my head?!?! It was a large backyard with many trees and flowers and an old water feature that is ready to be updated to something else, but all in all, it was nice to wander around outside a bit with the kids. There were 3 couples and 2 kids and we all felt adequately spaced out and not crowded in the living room, dining and kitchen area! The dining table was matching the beautiful and redone kitchen. We did realize we should have brought paper towels or napkins...and there was 1 roll and we went thru it with a day to go still. Also, be ready to wash utensils after every meal or BYO! It was a great experience all in all!

This Airbnb was beautiful and accommodated our group perfectly. We had no issue with the booking, check-in, or any particulars during our stay. Looked just as the photos. Tia was a wonderful host. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we visited St. George/Hurricane.

Hank was on property when we arrived and took a great deal of time to show us the home and the surrounding landscape, hiking trails, things to do in Zion with his local knowledge etc. He even took us on a hike on his property to great overlooks and hidden caves! Hank was great.

This place was exactly as advertised, beautiful and clean! The games were fun and it was so nice having all the bathrooms for a large group like we had. The pool was perfect, the furniture was comfortable and the responsiveness of the owners for any questions that came up was outstanding! So much fun!

We loved our stay! very clean and lots of space, we never felt on top of each other. We had 4 adults and 2 babies. the bus stop was right out front with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We can't wait to come back!

The house was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly located—just 45 minutes from Zion National Park and only 10 minutes from several scenic state parks. It offered a peaceful and comfortable stay with easy access to nearby towns. Melanie was a fantastic host easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was beautiful! One of my least favorite things about Airbnb’s is always dirty floors—these floors were pristine! There are so many fun things to do in the area, but we also just loved spending time at this place relaxing. Perfect for our babymoon :) The skylight in the bedroom area didn’t work which was a bummer for us because we just love all the natural lighting in the rest of the place, but that didn’t take away too much from the rest of the wonderful stay! Shelby definitely knows how to host an Airbnb—her info guide was perfect, and the space was designed beautifully!!

The space was perfect for our stay- lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed eating on the outside table to take in the views. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed - even though we didn't cook any meals! Only small issue we had was the guest room shower - difficult to get the shower turned on! Our kids enjoyed the pools although the big pool was closed when we were there which made the other pools a bit crowded. All in all, a good stay, felt like we were "at home"!

The stay was awesome, it had all the amenities we needed and it was located close to the pool. The kids had a great time and it was so amazing having our dogs with us. The only feedback I would say is there’s not much of an area to take the dogs potty, and the pool wasn’t the cleanest. The bathrooms at the pool need more attention, there was stool in the shower area in the men’s. Otherwise, it was such a great stay, the location was perfect and we’d definitely stay there again. Thank you for working with us and for being so accommodating!

Staying at Elevation 40 is a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Pictures simply don’t do justice to the breathtaking views. We also loved learning about the history of the land and the cabin’s construction. Although the road is well maintained, a 4x4 vehicle is a requirement. With the steep incline, you won’t make it up the road without one. We had two young kids with us and felt safe the entire time despite the elevation. We’d love to come back the next time we’re in Utah for another memorable stay!

Came with family and had the best stay. Was close enough to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Secluded and had great views. Would definitely love to come back again.

We had an incredible stay! The breathtaking views alone made this place unforgettable, but there was so much more to love. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day of adventure, and the fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed and more—cooking was a breeze. The brand new linens and towels were a really nice touch and made the whole stay feel extra comfortable. Our kids were completely entertained in the game room for hours, which gave the adults some much-needed downtime. My husband explored the new mountain bike trails nearby and came back raving about how epic they were, while the kids and I enjoyed hiking right from the front door—no need to drive anywhere! We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation!

Very cozy cabin, loved being so close to & immersed in Zion! If you’re someone who likes elevated camping this place Is for you! Nostalgic summer camp cabin. Charming ruggedness.

From start to finish our 2 families thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Zion. The house was accurately described and the communication between us and Jake was flawless. Jake even drove out a can opener, mattress topper and cutting board after I messaged him that we needed them on the 2nd day The house is charming, clean and comfortable. There are small things that are dated but nothing that impedes the enjoyment of the home. Having access to the local resort was such an added bonus. We used the pool, played pickleball and paddleboarded. It was so relaxing to be able to spend a couple of days at the resort during our downtime. The house is difficult to find for the first time, so I do recommend getting there during daylight hours. This isn’t the owners fault, but just a heads up that it is a bit rural and there are no clear street signs or addresses. The front porch is a great place to have morning coffee. If our families return to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home in a remote, peaceful setting. We enjoyed a family wedding weekend in this space with 8 adults. Everyone had comfortable areas to call their own while the public areas were never crowded. We enjoyed cooking in the fabulous kitchen with every implement you can imagine. We consulted the guide Alex and Vanessa created for multiple activities that included something for everyone, and when we wanted to stay at the house, we could sit on the deck and enjoy the peaceful nature surrounding us, or play a game. It was the perfect site for our time together.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. It's about a 30-45' drive into Zion to reach the visitor's center. While you're a little bit further out than folks staying in Springdale, the location is magical and incredibly peaceful. Lots of great space in the home and everything you need to make it feel like home the moment you walk in.
