A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

You can spend a peaceful and pleasant time in our small house with a garden and a large patio loft, surrounded by trees and flowers in Torasanda, 4 minutes to the free beach and 10 minutes to the paid beach, and you can benefit from the fresh and natural products in our garden. Barbecue is available. It is close to Urla's touristic areas, restaurants, vineyards and the art street. It is 30 minutes away from the Çeşme region. Since the host also lives on the same property, quick communication is possible for any needs and questions

Urla Denize 300m Villa

This house is not just a place for me; it is definitely a part of my childhood. It came to life in the early nineties with its kitchen where we gathered as a family and that warm, sweet garden. In the garden, my friends and I used to hold our own Urla Olympics: we would throw discus with yogurt lids and lift barbells with concrete pots. Inside, my marbles, Legos, Atari corner and those little details from my childhood... We redesigned our home so that you can feel the warm, friendly atmosphere of my childhood!

Evde yatak odalarının kendi banyoları dışında bir banyo ve tuvalet daha mevcuttur. Banyolar oda içinde ve açık banyodur. Mutfağımız ayrıntılı malzemeler kapsar.
