It has a terrace on the top floor for the three bedrooms and a porch with a swimming pool just in front; both overlooking the Sea and the Mountain. It also has two garages; one to store two indoor cars and an outdoor garage for several cars, which is where there is a large outdoor area to play and where there is the barbecue.

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.
