Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In winter, there is a downhill skiing area in the backyard. Ski trails are nearby, and downhill skiing is available at Aavasaksa. You can fish for salmon from the shore or while rowing. A rental boat and motor are available if needed. Please note that fishing permits are required. Hox! From the yard, you can access berry and mushroom forests and hunting grounds. The nearby village of Lampsijärvi brings services close by, and the slopes of Ritavalkea are a short distance away. In winter, the bright nights offer wonderful opportunities to admire the Northern Lights directly from the cabin's yard.

Hunt the Northern Lights from your private garden, snowshoe through ancient forests and walk on a frozen lake far from the tourist crowds. With 5 ha of private land, it's just you and the Arctic. After a day outdoors, warm up in a traditional Finnish sauna, gather around the fireplace, or sit by the outdoor firepit under a star-filled sky. Sleep in silence, wake up to snow. Ukkila

Ukkola is located in the nature on its own peaceful yard, where you can enjoy the nature and your own peace. There is hut in the yard, where you can enjoy your time by the open fire with coffee and self-made pancakes while admiring the starry sky and possible northern lights. There are 70km of cross country ski trails, snowmobile trails pass by, and we organise fishing and ice fishing in the nearby river. You can also rent snowshoes and electric bikes to make your holiday even more perfect.

Mattila - a cozy house near the Arctic Circle

We are pleased to offer this nice house for your use during your stay! The house is suitable for 6-8 person and is located in the countryside of Finnish Lapland, just above the Arctic Circle. Please see the pictures and furhter information. The nearest airport and train station, as well as Santa Claus Village, are in Rovaniemi, about an an hour's drive away. Tervetuloa Lappiin, viihtyisään ja rauhalliseen omakotitaloon Länsi-Lappiin. Talossa majoittuu mukavasti 6-8 henkilöä.

An atmospheric studio cottage surrounded by trees by a beautiful lake. The cottage has a cottage (25m2), a sauna and a bathroom. A kitchenette, fireplace, TV, dining table, two beds, a small couch, and an armchair. Table and chairs on the balcony. You can swim, fish, berry, hunt, hike, ski, snowshoe and snowmobile in the area. More sports venues and other places to visit within a 15-30 minute drive. I am happy to be flexible with check-in and check-out whenever possible.

Vietonen Lake Cabin, NEW SAUNA

A cozy little traditional summer cottage right on the shore of Vietose. Bright decor and renovated kitchen. Not a luxury, but clean and functional. New Sauna 2025 right on the beach! The cottage has electricity, but no running water. Go swimming and fishing as soon as you step outside! It is possible to rent a hot tub trailer and an electric outboard motor; please ask for more information. Nice traditional finnish cottage 15 meter from waterside of lake Vietonen.
