Welcome to stay in our gem, the Skärgårdsvillan in Bröllopsviken, which is a modern house (built in 2021) on two floors by the shore of the Baltic Sea. Large terrace down to the water, 3 large French doors that blur the lines between inside and outside. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen to ensure that there is a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places. Welcome to beautiful Nynäshamn and our house located near the city center with a 10-minute walk to the harbor. Here you have access to the upper floor, attic and balcony - all with their own entrance. Discover the picturesque fishing harbor with its own smokehouse, a rock pool overlooking the sea horizon or windsurfing on Torö's rocky beach. The commuter train to Stockholm takes just under an hour.

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Newly built, beautiful house on a natural plot on Torö. Close nice beaches and nature. Torö Stenstrand, famous Swedish Surf spot is 4 km away (10 min by car). In the summer, the pool is open, and the skateboard ramp is available. The well-planned house is 30 sqm, with a toilet/shower, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and a loft with two sleeping spaces. The living room has a combined sofa/bed. Outdoor patio with a large deck, and a grill is available. Surfboards/wetsuits can be borrowed.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Spectacular holiday home by the Baltic Sea

A holiday home for the larger families, the house can take up to 12 guests. This amazing place is right next to the Baltic sea with a wonderful ocean view. The house is about 200 sqm. Here you can hangout with total privacy. By the sea there is a jetty (not sailboat depth) about 1.5 m deep. During the summer months June-July, the weekly rent is given priority. Please e-mail and ask if you want to rent only for a weekend. Midsummer weekend is only rented out from Thursday - Sunday.
