Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Wir waren 12 wunderbare Tage bei Katia in ruhiger Umgebung zu Gast. Sie empfing uns sehr herzlich und gab uns zahlreiche Tipps!! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet! Zum Strand, zu den Restaurants und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist es nicht weiter als 10 Minuten zu Fuß! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Gerne kommen wir wieder, liebe Katia. Vielen Dank für alles!

Sono stata ospite in questa bella villa,si trova in zona tranquilla poco fuori dal centro caotico,circa 2 km con auto,la distanza dal mare è veramente poca,in casa avevamo tutto il necessario,aria condizionata,zanzariere per ogni finestra,la doccia esterna è davvero comoda,così come il gazebo dove fare le cene. al mare si va a piedi in circa un minuto ed il mare è fantastico. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Soggiorno davvero meraviglioso. Trascorso una settimana fantastica con la mia famiglia (2 adulti, un adolescente e un bimbo di 1 anni). Marcello è stato molto socievole e ci ha fornito ottime indicazioni. Il plus delle bici ci ha permesso di girare la zona senza spostare l’auto. Marcello è un host davvero impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente! L’appartamento molto accogliente che ti sembra di essere a casa! La location è comoda per gli spostamenti. Super!

Giovanni é stato un ospite perfetto,premuroso e attento alle mie esigenze. Mi ha trattato piú da amico che da cliente. La casa era veramente pulita e accogliente e dotatta di tutto, in una zona tranquilla anche se la sera si potevano sentire i rumori provenineti dalla pista dei GoKart nelle vicinanze, ma personalmente la cosa non ha disturbato piú di tanto. A 5 minuti a piedi c´e´una bella spiaggetta, ma con la macchina si possono raggiungere molte altre spiagge favolose nei dintorni.Ancora un grazie a Giovanni e alla moglie per quete bellissime vacanze.

L’appartamento di Lupa di Mare rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione. È infatti un ampio monolocale in cui c’è un comodo letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, una zona cucina attrezzata e un bel bagno con una grande doccia. Tutto è stato recentemente costruito (o ristrutturato). L’appartamento ha anche un patio (con tavolo, sedie, divanetti, sdraio…)che condivide in parte con l’alloggio accanto ma dal quale è indipendente. La spiaggia di Punta Prosciutto dista 50 metri a esagerare. È utile avere un’auto perché il paese è costituito da poche case e ha un solo locale che è anche un mini (molto mini)market. La host è stata estremamente attenta e gentile.

We had a fantastic stay at Luigi’s place! It is located in a quiet and local area about a 10-minute walk from the old town, making it the perfect location for Lecce. The place is spacious with plenty of amenities - full kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The bed was comfortable and we had great night sleeps with the fan. The best part had to be the pool and outdoor area! We loved breaking up the hot days with a couple hours in the pool each day. We stayed there as a couple but there was plenty of space for a big family or friends. The bonus was having accessible parking outside the house - while not part of the property, we had no trouble finding some each day. The hosts had fantastic communication too, making check-in seamless and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again if we were in Lecce in the future!
