Bau House was a sanctuary for our family hosting a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. We had plenty of communal space and the bedrooms were well equipped with each having its own bathroom! Daniele has thought of every detail and the house is just stunning aesthetically with his wonderful art and masterpieces. There is nothing the house does not have and even chairs and parasols for the beach. The beach is crystal clear and calm- perfect for families and a 2 minute walk. There is a great bar 10 mins walk along the sand called Kyma which has wonderful coffees, tranquil atmosphere and food! Daniele’s garden is a haven and his meticulous botanical skills create such a zen feeling- the outdoor shower is great addition to wash off the sandy kids before entering the house! We were so happy with our stay and will return again! Thank you Daniele! It was such a pleasure to meet you!

L'open-space di magali è spazioso, accogliente, luminoso, comodo, confortevole. Pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto il necessario e ancor più. E' stato molto bello poter godere sia delle luci dell'alba da un lato della casa, che delle luci del tramonto dall'altro lato. La zona è silenziosa e rilassante. Supermercato a pochi minuti di auto. Magali è reattiva nelle comunicazioni, accogliente e la sua presenza assai discreta, come se non ci fosse. Ottima esperienza!

Der Aufenthalt bei Michela und Ihrer Familie war traumhaft! Das Haus liegt in einer malerischen Bucht, direkt am Meer mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Genau das Richtige, wenn man keinen Trubel möchte. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung mehrere Restaurants, kleine Läden, eine Apotheke, eine Tankstelle, etc. die man zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Im Dorf nebenan ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort gibt es eine kleine Promenade, Sandstrand, mehrere Restaurants und auch ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden sehr herzlich, ja schon fast familiär Empfangen. Die Wohnung ist typisch italienisch / sardisch, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Es ist alles da was man von einem guten AirBnB erwartet. Wer Hunde und Katzen mag, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Wir wurden jeden morgen sehr lieb von den Hunden begrüßt und auch die Katzen kommen immer wieder mal auf ein paar Streicheleinheiten vorbei. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind alle modern und gut bedienbar. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut und leise ist. Es gibt ausreichend Dusch- und Handtücher. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern, es fehlen nur Ablagemöglickeiten im unteren Badezimmer.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der sehr schöne Strand und viele gute Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea klappte immer sehr gut. Es könnte mehr Teller und Töpfe geben, dann müsste man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Gläser, Tassen und Besteck gibt es ausreichend. Der Wäscheständer ist zu klein und es fehlen definitiv Auflagen für die Holzliegen auf der oberen Terrasse. Das sind Dinge, die man sicher ändern kann.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Séjour très agréable. Logement dans un petit village paisible et avec des sites archéologiques Nuraghe à peu de kilomètres. Christian était très serviable et dévoué, nous avons fait appel très souvent à ses services. Il nous a parlé d'une petite fête villageoise à proximité, nous y sommes allés et cette fête était le clou de notre séjour à Collinas.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

🏖️ Onze vakantie bij Francesco was super. We komen graag nog eens terug en raden dit verblijf sterk aan als je nood hebt aan rust. 🌄Het verzorgde terrein heeft een prachtig aangelegde tuin/olijfgaard. Het zwembad was altijd heel proper en had een aangename temperatuur. 🛌 Het appartement is groot, heel proper en makkelijk koel te houden dankzij de airco's. de keuken en badkamer zijn goed voorzien van materiaal. Het bed sliep zalig! 🍳Ontbijt is optioneel. De gedekte tafel staat in de schaduw op je te wachten, met prachtig uitzicht. Warme of verse items werden gebracht zodra je aan tafel zat. Alles was heerlijk! Probeer zeker de huisgemaakte yoghurt en de 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communiceert proactief, geeft tips in verband met de omgeving (=een kaart van Sardinië waarop hij vanalles aanduidde). Francesco respecteert je privacy en is nooit opdringerig. Hij is altijd bereikbaar via what's app. Iedereen is er enorm vriendelijk, verwelkomend en behulpzaam. 🙏

Super logement pour une famille de kiteurs avec enfants. Le grand jardin, la piscine et le trampoline on ravis nos enfants.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Thankyou so much to Aldo and Francesco, A truely beautiful and peaceful property in a great location to explore the nearby delights of southern Sardinia. Lovely weather just topped things off. Both hosts were extremely accommodating and also on hand for advice/help with anything regarding the holiday. Couldn’t recommend the property any higher. We very much look forward to returning again in the future

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

villa impeccable dans un cadre splendide piscine avec vie sur la mer. la maison était identique aux photos. je recomande.

Mein Aufenthalt in Michele’s Wohnung hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und es war alles da, was man braucht. Das Auto konnte man sehr gut davor parken. Michele ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich fand es unglaublich schön, am Abend auf dem großen Balkon zu sitzen und zu beobachten, wie die Sonne im Meer versinkt. Auf dem Balkon steht sogar ein Sofa, auf dem man super entspannen kann. Die Umgebung bietet sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto auch schnell erreichbar. Ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Sheila per 4 notti: siamo arrivati in ritardo con l'aereo e Sheila ci ha accolti benissimo nonostante la tarda ora. L'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione e le foto, molto ben pulito e ordinato. Il parcheggio è facile da trovare, abbiamo sempre parcheggiato nella via di casa o in una parallela a un minuto a piedi. Intorno alla casa ci sono vari alimentari, supermercati e tutto ciò che può essere necessario è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Sheila ci ha fornito anche un lettino e un seggiolone per il bimbo e anche un gioco per intrattenerlo. Che dire? Sicuramente torneremo a trovarti Sheila!

Wonderful stay in Orani at Valerios place. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. It’s also just an hour and a half drive to either Olibia or Sassiri which Valerios place a great jumping point.

10 giorni indimenticabili, molto ben posizionato in mezzo alla natura e allo stesso tempo vicino al villaggio. Molto ben accolto da un padrone di casa cordiale e molto umano. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. Calm site with superior wiev of sea, seaside and long golden sand beach with chrytal clear water. The apatman is well equipped clean and cosy.

The host was absolutely fantastic , went above and beyond to accommodate us. The tv had all streaming services, elevator worked, the high celings made the already large apartment feel even larger. The neighborhood was the highlight of this trip because it is very walkable and offered tons of options for food, tours, groceries etc. The indian restaurant around the corner, namaste, was the best(flavorful and affordable) . Unfortunately, there were some downsides to the apartment. The hot tub in RH2 leaked , along with the shower( the hand held one too). There was a pool of water on the floor after a shower , had to use two towels to mop up the water. The apartment was not soundproof. We heard everything from outside and inside the building. Sleeping was hard.

Everything was great and we had a pleasant stay at Maride's. The property is as described, well maintained and well equipped, located in a quiet residential area.

We loved our stay! The location is great, directly in front of a beautiful beach which was great for family and kids. We rented the house with friends and it was a perfect size for two families. It has two main rooms on different floors and an open space with two beds for kids. It was very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils and it was well organised. The location is a bit remote which we liked. There is a place to get a coffee on the beach and a fruit seller that we could walk to. Francesca was welcoming and was available for any questions.
