The place is quiet and fits the pictures. The sea is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Federica responds quickly and is very helpful. The outdoor area is spacious and is complemented by a pool. The accommodation from the inside is nicely decorated and equipped with the most important equipment. We would book it again.

We had the best time staying at Elenas house! The facility is a sardinian dream and Elena is super kind and always available if any questions occur.

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

A little paradise... we found at Ugo's. A very clean house that was well equipped with everything you need. In addition, there were fly screens on all windows. The outdoor area with pool and vegetation is very well maintained. The house is located in a small complex just outside, which is secured by a fence and is under video surveillance. Ugo was reserved during our stay, so we had our privacy, but he was always available to us. We had a very nice time here and are considering coming back. Clear recommendation!

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Very nice and helpful hostess even if we only had written contact. Check-in with clear instructions. Proactive tips. Very nice view of the sea. Simple but functional equipment and furniture. Pool has a nice size. Baby bed was provided. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything available. Sufficient for a large family, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine with capsules, spices, baking paper and much more. A beach can be reached in 3 minutes by car or in 15 minutes on foot. Without a car, however, you are lost. Shopping unfortunately 15 min away by car, but that's not a big problem either. The only negative, for which the hostess is not responsible, is that sometimes the many dogs from the neighbor 50 m away bark for hours without a break when the owner is not at home. Fortunately, this only happened twice in 9 days. Otherwise everything was good 👍

This is an historic house with all of the modern conveniences. It is located very centrally in a beautiful mountain town with good access to hiking and the ocean. The owner was very helpful and generous when we had some difficulties. We were there off-season and were the first guests of the year, so there were a few kinks to work out, but at all worked out well. We will definitely return on our next visit.

We were a family of three for 5 nights at Federica's and had a great time. The location and views are beautiful. We had the bikes with us and could easily explore the area. The sandy beach Foxi Manna is also particularly beautiful, and can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. The accommodation is a bit remote, but exactly as we wanted it! Restaurants, beach bars and a mini market are available. We liked it very much, we can definitely recommend the accommodation!

We arrived early Federico was there and let us settle in right away A basket of fruit from his garden was waiting for us as well as beers, coffee, etc. Federico is a beautiful person Attentive, and very friendly. Super cute AirBnB with lovely decorations and well equipped kitchen. Sabrina was always responsive and there is lots to do around Triei (boat trips from Santa Maria Navarese, Gorropu Canyon, la Cinta Beach) Can get hot during summer though - although fans and AC are provided. Be aware of mosquito’s! And make sure to check out Mullo’s restaurant - it’s fantastic :) thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

In about 5 minutes' walk to restaurants , shops or supermarket (Conad) - excellent. Quiet location, nothing disturbs sleep. The photos are essentially correct, but make the rooms much brighter/more pleasant than in real life. Amenities and cleanliness are really good. Sitting in the garden was hardly possible because of the mosquitoes. For coffee drinkers, there is only a small espresso/mocha pot (1 cup) for the induction stove or instant coffee. One double bed is very good/comfortable. In the 2nd room, there are 2 beds next to each other. However, the mattresses are a few cm shorter and narrower than the frames/slatted frames. My son is about 1.85 m and couldn't sleep on it. Paola brought a new mattress the next day, which was thicker but not bigger. We then exchanged the rooms, as no larger one could be procured. The communication with Paola and her helpfulness were perfect! Overall, a great week that the three of us were able to spend there. Thank you Paola!

Great local recommendations by Daniela including boat tour, restaurant, gelato shops. The place looks even better than the photos and is super neat and clean. Had parking as well for our car. We will definitely be back again.

The accommodation is extremely gorgeous with beautiful views! It’s very private and remote from bigger cities, so to discover the island and its beaches a car is needed. The rooms, such as bathroom and kitchen were clean and well organised. With the windows open at night and the ventilation on, the rooms were chill. The host of the vintage bungalow is very polite and kind, he also respond fast to questions! I would totally recommend this hostel, to people who loves and enjoys a calm and peaceful atmosphere! The beach can be reached very well and the accommodation includes sun umbrellas! In the morning or evening a cat family often visits the veranda. The cats are very friendly to people. The property is green and also includes much space to park a car. There is also an opportunity to grill food. A 10/10 Stay in the beautiful region of sardegna.

A beautiful spot. We spent 4 days exploring the area and it was a great home to come back to after long and adventurous days. Very comfortable and we loved the panoramic views. Ignazia was very hospitable. If we ever return to Sardinia, we would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Antonio/Marco's place is peaceful among the olive trees, ideally located between sea and mountain. The accommodation is modern, very clean, has all the amenities . Thank you to our hosts for their responsiveness and guidance. we highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely accommodation in a great location. The view from the balcony is beautiful and it has a lovely seating area to enjoy the view. We loved the location as it was very peaceful but very close to everything. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you needed. Tito was very helpful as well as very communicative. Spent 4 nights here. There is nothing missing, except perhaps a pool. Great house with a beautiful veranda. It is a pity that the house beach (5 minutes' walk) is full of algae and is not maintained. The dog beach is unfortunately even worse. Without a car, you're stuck here. Bread rolls, sausages and drinks are available in the village at a small kiosk. Nearest Supermarket is in Foxi Manna (5 km), where the nearest beach is also located. Other beautiful beaches are 20-40 minutes' drive away. We would recommend the place. Owner always available.

We had a great time in this apartment. The apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. There was a spacious terrace where you could retreat from the heat. The highlight for us was the outdoor shower, which was well shielded and very practical – especially after a long day at the beach. The beach itself was beautiful, spacious and only about 15 minutes' walk away. The manager All4Sardinia was a perfect host: there was a very detailed recommendation brochure, and the team was always available to answer questions. They also proactively informed us about street festivals and other activities. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday - we thank All4Sardinia Srl very much!

This was a very peaceful location with a beautiful garden. The house is an idyllic Italian house on the country side. It was a perfect stay for us with our 1 year old daughter who could play inside and outside. Lucia gave us fresh strawberries from her garden and was always very helpful. We highly recommend!

A beautiful holiday home with a great terrace and "TOP" amenities. Listing the individual amenities would be too much here, we can only say that it is above average, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable. To the beach it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach. A good pizzeria and a beach restaurant can also be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes.
