In Formigine, a quiet town, where the scents and flavors of food and wine meet the roar of engines, a few kilometers from Modena, Sassuolo, Maranello, a two-room apartment in a building in a well-served residential area, on the second floor, air conditioning, independent heating, in the basement private garage with elevator that leads directly to the floor, outside ample free parking. For 2-wheel enthusiasts, it's a great starting point for bike or motorcycle excursions in the nearby hills.

L'alloggio è composto da: ingresso, cucina, ampio soggiorno, due camere matrimoniali ed un bagno con doccia. Le stanze sono ampie e luminose con arredo moderno e pavimenti in legno. Essendo appassionati di motori, la maggior parte dei quadri e dei soprammobili è a tema "Ferrari". La cucina ha una dotazione di base. L'appartamento è inoltre provvisto di aria condizionata, allarme antintrusione e un’ampio parcheggio, gratuito. Nello stesso stabile è presente una lavanderia a gettoni.

"Villa Esther" is a B&B inside a manor house, it is completely independent, guests will enjoy complete privacy. At their disposal is a bedroom, on request a small bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom, garden and outdoor furniture for complete relaxation. Use of the kitchen is not included. The neighborhood, central and close to services, is very quiet. The Ferrari Museum, the shopping area and its amenities are within walking distance. Hospitality and availability for every need.
