Casa al Mare perfetta per famiglie o per due coppie, appena ristrutturata, a 600 metri dalla spiaggia di Torre Pali e a 2km dalle Maldive del Salento. Giardino privato con doccia calda esterna e posto auto. Terrazzo che gira intorno all'intera abitazione, patio attrezzato, barbecue e doccia calda esterna. Ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, due divani letto, bagno principale, camera matrimoniale con TV e camera doppia con TV con bagno privato. Ulteriore terrazzo con vista mare attrezzato.

Gli spazi interni, climatizzati: - soggiorno divano letto (due posti), con angolo cottura completo - due camere matrimoniali (nelle quali è presente un ulteriore letto singolo,due bagni completi doccia di cui uno en suite.
